Barnone service experience!

The customer service fist and foremost, is barnone. I received a call following up on the product shipment and if I had received it. Turns out, I wasn't aware that I would be receiving a physical device because I thought it was all through my phone. So glad they called to walk me through the process on how all of this works and for a check up. Had they not gone this extra mile, the device would have been either lost or returned as it was picked by a neighbor, who didn't know the name of our new adventure. Thank you for extending the courtesy of reaching out. My God is certainly amazing!🙏🏾🙌🏾👏🏾

Listened to what I was actually looking…

Listened to what I was actually looking for and got me the setup I needed for my business. No AI answering service, a real person answered the phone initially and a real person setup my account. An American in America doing business with us in America, what an actual business concept. What we all really want when choosing a company these days. Friendly and fast to answer questions, got setup in hours not days. I think that speaks for itself. Highly recommend!

Great Service and Reliable Payment Processing

I’ve had a very positive experience with National Bankcard. The payment system is easy to use and works very well for processing payments from my customers.

What I especially appreciate is the quality of their customer service. Whenever I’ve needed assistance, the team has been helpful, professional, and responsive.

Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend National Bankcard to other business owners looking for a reliable payment processing solution.
