Irlean was fantastic to work with

Irlean was fantastic to work with — knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole setup process smooth. Really appreciated the level of customer service. Highly recommend National Bankcard if you're looking for a merchant processor that actually takes care of you.

I put a 1 star on my previous review

I put a 1 star on my previous review. My account is closed with vague explanation. The sales rep did a wonderful job making sure that I was able to return the terminal without having to pay for shipping, and the funds were released to my checking account. I still do not know what happened.

Probably the worst payment processor…

Probably the worst payment processor you could ask for. We processed north of $8,000 of transactions in a span of 10 days or so. We have 0 chargebacks, proof of every transaction and they decided to arbitrarily cancel the account and hold our funds for a full 180 days with no explanation why. They continuously broke their promises on when they would respond to our concerns. We have now taken legal actions against PaySafe and National Bankcard

Edit:

The problem was not the closure, it was holding funds for 180 days. As I highlighted before, there were never any chargebacks on this account.
