Received a very extortionate quote from Napo they've been texting and emailing too much I emailed them to request deletion of my details and I was told to go to my account, the whole process is awful, do not get a quote you'll be inundated with texts and emails

Firstly I have to say I an influencer brought Napo to my attention. She had provided a discount code. Even without it Napo was a good price. First time I have claimed with Napo but tbh its a fairly new policy. My vet submitted my claim, within 15 mins I had a text asking me to review the claim, confirmed the information and then approval sent within hours. I love that I got to see the claim first, with a break down, fantastic. Also got a free tractive device had an issue with not getting code to claim, within a day had all information sent to me. By fair such an easy insurance company to deal with which is a refreshing change.

She was a nice lady but I was hoping she could write me a prescription as I knew what was wrong! She explained they couldn’t do that which is something that should be available!

Increase the prices by 20% every year near enough. But still offer new customers the cheaper price. They dont care about your pets. Theyre just another insurance company milking people dry

Napo were amazing when I had to claim for my dogs unexpected emergency vet bills and surgery. The claim process was so simple and they contacted my vet directly to make payment and they approved the claim within 2 hours of submitting my request! Absolutely incredible and the best pet insurance I have used. Won’t be going anywhere else!

Within a couple of hours of claiming the money was in my account, no messing around and trying to get money out of me. The process is so simple just with a link they send to the vet. Thank you Napo!

We used the on line vet option and also had to make a claim following our dogs acute gastroenteritis
The on line vet consultation was excellent giving us some valuable information that helped us enormously when we went back to our own vet

After having a terrible experience with a previous insurer, I was very dubious and fearful of pet insurance claims. I was dreading putting a claim in for my dogs surgery and ongoing complications. I have to say I am utterly taken aback, in a good way. I never thought claiming would be so straightforward. The £99excess is by far the cheapest and the fact you only pay it once per condition is a financial godsend. There's no form filling on my part, just an email sent to the vet on my behalf. My vet completes the form online almost within the hour and by the end of the working day, at most 48hrs, the decision is complete. I'm ecstatic that all of the claims have been approved and the financial support is there. I couldn't stand the stress and extra worry about insurance claims, on top of an already stressful situation with my dogs illness. Thankfully Napo have taken that burden away completely. I can't say I'm looking forward to the premium hike in a year though, going on other reviews and experiences. Why do insurance companies let themselves down with ridiculous renewal prices. I hope they prove me wrong. 🤞

I found dealing with Max’s insurance policy since he became unwell very efficient. Napo deals directly with my vet and it is really quite seamless with a very prompt payment

Easy website, was able to book an appointment for the same evening literally an hour later. Vet was helpful, explained what to do and next steps, the information is there for me to reread, and it was really great to be able to speak to someone out of hours without having to leave the house.
