Complete scam! I'm still trying to get a refund on order I tried to cancel on 24/05/26. They offered a 'goodwill gesture' of 25% refund and keep the unwanted item. Now they've offered 45% ! What a complete con of a company. Time wasting tactics holding on to my money instead of giving me 100% refund they guarantee in all the ads. Terrible company..

Commercial fraud. First time ever I've been scammed. Don't go anywhere near this company or 'Commercial Core UAB' (in Lithuania) the company they use to scam you..

Product is just a rebranding of a low Quality cheap AliExpress/Alibaba brandless car paint polish.

No. It won't miraculously fix a car scratch or dent.

Only minor surface scratches (the ones that won't trap your fingernail) can be fixed with a proper polishing kit and a professional hand (not with this crappy scam). If the scratch traps your fingernail, it means it will only be fixed by repainting the area.

Should be zero stars !! They took 3 payments for one order , signed me up to a subscription services never agreed to and charged me extended warranty for a cloth !! Refunded 2 orders but told the third order had been dispatched even though I asked for a refund with 30-60mins so not a trustworthy company as nothing gets dispatched that quickly . And to finish it off I received a junk email saying click here to complete order , you couldn't make it up how incompetent they are ! Avoid at all costs if I was you

Elegis algo de 15€ y os cargan 150€ sin que os deis cuenta. ya he reclamado a PAYPAL y a YOUTUBE y claro a los estafadores pero no se puede hacer nada. La empresa es de LITUANIA y el cargo os vendra con este nombre: COMMERCE CORE UAB. NO CAIGAIS EN ESTE FRAUDE.

I ordered this product and never received any shipping or tracking info even though on the one and only email i did get which was confirming my order it clearly stated that i would be furnished with tracking details within 24hrs, i sent numerous emails requesting this infomation for the following 3 weeks only to be met with auto generated or AI generated responses. Eventually i raised a dispute with my credit card company and received a full refund. They had never even shipped my order. Beware borderline Scam.

Seems that even when they make a mistake they find it was made and fix it without having to be asked! Good job of taking care of your customers interest too!

Good service

Stay away from this company! A charge for $18.84 resulted in a bill $120.77. I contacted them immediately to cancel the order and they said they couldn't!

The $150 you charged me is not the main issue. It’s not about the money. The real problem is that the moment I realized I had been scammed, I had to spend a significant amount of time, energy, and effort dealing with the situation. That cost me far more than the money itself.

Accidentally used my Company Credit Card and went to cancel. Yep, got the AI generated response that it was already sent to shipping and it cannot be cancelled. It was less than 30 minutes since being placed. So while I still fight to get a live body to deal with BS, keep the below in mind:

Just looking at the packaging, there are several red flags:

It claims to “instantly remove scratches” and shows a dramatic before/after photo. No legitimate scratch remover can magically remove all scratches.
The wording is generic marketing language (“ceramic infused formula”) without explaining the actual abrasives or chemistry.
There are no visible instructions, manufacturer details, or recognized detailing-brand credentials on the front.
If a scratch catches your fingernail, no wipe-on product will truly remove it. It can only reduce its appearance.
From what I found online, NanoPolix has a significant number of customer complaints alleging poor performance and questionable sales practices. Many reviewers report the product did little or nothing for scratches, and some complained about billing and order issues.

You decide for yourself If you want to take the risk.

This is a disgusting way of scamming people. I'm contesting this with Pay Pal and my bank credit card. I ordered without realizing I had ordered. There's no confirmation button at the end . Everything was done automatically without you being aware. They keep adding promos and the no thanks button is so small. I realized I was charged 2x 75$ + 35$. I emailed them 3 minutes later to cancel and they said they would try to cancel. That was June 9. I kept sending them emails. Now it's June 13. Radio silence!!! Through my bank I have to wait 15 days to refuse the charge. So I'll work with PayPal(which I already made a complaint ) and my bank to get a refund. Update 17 June. I got a notification that they shipped the order!!! They said they couldn't cancel because it was already shipped on the 9th June. DO NOT EVEN GO ON THEIR WEB SITE. I'm OUT 182$ for something that was to cost 17$!! Update June 18/26. Today I got a confirmation from PayPal that they will reimburse me all 3 unauthorized charges.

This so-called company is an ABSOLUTE SCAM/FRAUD. Do NOT order from them.
An ad came up on UTube after watching a film trailer and I filled in my credit card info to buy 2 scratch removing cloths for £34.96. The page immediately vanished to blank for a while then the same page reappeared without my card details - no invoice or further details of my supposed purchase. I was thinking of calling my Bank when they rang to alert me of suspected fraud as there had just been 4 attempts to take the amount of £55.68 from my credit card account. So now the inconvenience of cancelling that card and being without a replacement for about two weeks. The contact details were for a name in Lithuania although the 'Manager' of the company in the video ad was American. Very convincing & faultless info written about the product.

I recently used this website under the impression that it sold genuine and effective products for removing scratches from vehicles.

At first glance, the website appeared legitimate. However, I believe its advertising practices and sales process are misleading. I was ultimately charged £182 for two bottles of scratch remover, which was significantly more than I had expected to pay.

The payment process initially appeared secure and legitimate, including the standard CVC verification stage. However, after confirming my payment details, I was presented with at least seven separate offers for additional products, upgrades, or subscription services. While there were options to decline these offers, the "No" button was small and not prominently displayed, requiring me to repeatedly reject the additional purchases.

By the time I reached the final confirmation page, I discovered that the total amount charged was substantially higher than the amount I had originally agreed to pay. As a result, I reported the transaction to NatWest as a suspected scam and subsequently received a full refund.

I also attempted to contact the company by telephone, but the number provided was not operational. I therefore sent an email expressing my concerns and advising that I believed the business was operating fraudulently. Within a few hours, the company responded, apologised for the situation, and confirmed that they would issue a refund.

I have filed a separate report via Cyber Security in a bid to get this website taken down.

A little confusing on my behalf too many things to refuse

Nanopolix entice you into buying a product that supposedly gets rid of scratches on cars 100% of the time - enough said! But what is really irritating is that they have adapted the PayPal system whereby you end up placing an order without ever seeing how much you will be charged. They quote $ prices per unit, and repeatedly offer you bigger "discounts" by increasing the number ordered. You don't see what the total cost will be, and you don't see that they are charging additional amounts for both shipping (US$6.95) and - wait for it - shipping protection (US$9.98)!
I cancelled the order 30 minutes after placing it (once id been sent the invoice that was already debited from my PAyPal account), and the bot told me that it had already been shipped.
