Luckily my credit card company asks me to authorise payments! I saw the advert which says that "Aldi Shoppers say this £15 Cloth Beats £2,000 Bodysho..." and thought for £15 it is worth a try. The website then said the minimum purchase was 2 at over £17 each. Although that was more than I wanted to pay I entered my card details. I was gobsmacked when it came back saying authorise a payment for over £51. I didn't authorise it as I don't believe in paying more than what I was expecting. Having read the other reviews on this site, I am glad that I didn't proceed with the order as it hasn't had good reviews

This is the worst I have ever been in! I never ordered the item NanoCloth NANO-REPAIR!!!! I have also been charged several 1000 kroner for some junk you have sent me in the mail. I want my money back!! steer FAR AWAY!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY. I ordered on June 6th, they overcharged me and 2 weeks later have not credited the overcharge or shipped the product. They are refusing to cancel despite me asking them weeks ago!!!

tried to cancel order 3 hours after I ordered it after seeing these and other reviews and got the standard, the shipping process has already started but once you receive your order you have 30 days to return the product for a full refund. Product guaranteed to be delivered in 7-12 business days. It has been 23 business days and it still has not arrived. They will never honor the "guarantee". $47 for nada. Why Facebook allows such scams to advertise on their platform is amazing. I do not trust anything on FB now...has to diminish their ad rev. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE.

I do not recommend purchasing from this site because I found myself paying much more for products I did not want.

As a company they are underhanded in all there buying charges .
It will say £17.48 x 2 but this will come out at £44.94. due to adding protection yes almost £10 then p&p
So before you will receive your item you would like to find out the head office sorry bedroom in the UK .
Then to be honest if you get that far better warned throw it through there windon .

Not what I was expecting. When I got to checkout the price doubled vs the advertised price. When I tried it, the product didn’t work. Personally, I wouldn’t try it again.

Had 2nd thoughts about buying and thought I had canceled when fraud checker on bank payment popped up. Payment was taken anyway. Received product. Customer Service said try anyway when tried to return. Didn't work on my scratch. Was promised a partial refund and told to keep cloths. Refund never arrived 😒 and emails now ignored. Avoid like the plague!!

Fraude! Items, services added to your order without consent, hidden and You are not able to cancel or alter them. They have a non-existent customer support or cancel option. So dispute is handled through paypal. My recommendation is STAY AWAY! hope this merchant is closed down asap

BEWARE via PayPal they had set my account as active assuming they’d have taken more money from me at a later date! They also set a link to PayPal so I thought I was emailing them but was actually emailing Nanopolix!

I thought I was buying a car scratch cloth for $13. When the order went to PayPal it was $130 plus 2 extra products I never agreed to and in USD. I called within seconds to cancel and emails over days were scams, reflections, and bogus. I called PayPal and they also said it had an authorized renewal on the account as well. PayPal dispute got my refund. DO NOT purchase from this seller

Complete scam! I'm still trying to get a refund on order I tried to cancel on 24/05/26. They offered a 'goodwill gesture' of 25% refund and keep the unwanted item. Now they've offered 45% ! What a complete con of a company. Time wasting tactics holding on to my money instead of giving me 100% refund they guarantee in all the ads. Terrible company..

I waiting for a full refund for a cloth shown on YouTube eliminating scratches on paint work.

Product is just a rebranding of a low Quality cheap AliExpress/Alibaba brandless car paint polish.

No. It won't miraculously fix a car scratch or dent.

Only minor surface scratches (the ones that won't trap your fingernail) can be fixed with a proper polishing kit and a professional hand (not with this crappy scam). If the scratch traps your fingernail, it means it will only be fixed by repainting the area.

Should be zero stars !! They took 3 payments for one order , signed me up to a subscription services never agreed to and charged me extended warranty for a cloth !! Refunded 2 orders but told the third order had been dispatched even though I asked for a refund with 30-60mins so not a trustworthy company as nothing gets dispatched that quickly . And to finish it off I received a junk email saying click here to complete order , you couldn't make it up how incompetent they are ! Avoid at all costs if I was you
