Installation

Great installation experience

Nano Fibre did the installation for my move from Virgin Media to You Fibre in Stevenage. Initially their "pre-pull" team diagnosed a blockage and it looked like there might be a problem. Within two days their "civils" civil engineering team came to the house, prepared if necessary to dig up the road and committing to putting everything back as was after whatever they needed to do. In the end they just had to lift one paving block and modify a duct, which they did quickly, efficiently and explaining everything as they went. The engineer turned up as arranged, having helpfully moved the appointment to fit in with a last minute issue we had, and installed the hub exactly where we wanted it, which involved about 15 metres of extra cabling. I've met or spoken to 6 different people at Nano Fibre during the installation, so I won't name-check them individually, but I will say that every one there is friendly, competent and really customer-focussed, it's hard to imagine a better possible experience. Highly recommended.

Great install

Kyle Johnson was our engineer and was nice and early ahead of our time slot which was great and convenient! Explained everything and everything was installed nice and efficiently. Great work and great internet speeds already!
