Kyle Johnson, the engineer came to install my broadband today. professional throughout and explained everything clearly before doing anything so i knew exactly what to expect.

He made sure everything was working properly before he left.

We have just had our fibre broadband fitted by 
Tyler Baker
 from Nano Fibre UK, and I couldn't be more impressed. Tyler was incredibly kind, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was seamless. It is rare to receive such excellent customer service from start to finish—Tyler is an absolute credit to his company. Highly recommended!

Kyle Johnson who was my tech guy was…

Kyle Johnson who was my tech guy was spot on ,not only early but a pleasure to talk to, very well mannered and respectful, I'm 62 and have been converlesing after having a spell in the local hospitals cardiac ward. He explained what he was doing and set it all up perfectly, definitely knew what he was doing, it's a shame theren are not more people like Kyle in the world or as members of the UK work force, truly a great ambassador for your company
