Nano Fibre UK Arvostelua 

One of their drivers cut me up on a roundabout today in the centre of Bacup driving van registration LP74NBG, I beeped my horn at him as I had to slam my brakes on to avoid hitting him. He then chased me in the van driving way too close to the back of my car trying to intimidate me, he then followed me onto the car park I was visiting. He exited the vehicle squared up to me and threatened to beat me up, then he called me a d******d and a boring old c**t. I thought their staff would be more professional, instead of driving erratically intimidating other road users, being physically aggressive and intimidating, and verbally abusive to a member of the public. I hope this behaviour is a one off and does not represent the behaviour of the majority of their employees. This happened today at around 13:40. Disgraceful behaviour.

After 3 different engineering companies came to instal fibre at my flat Nano fibre UK actually managed to get the job done! I had previously had to take 3 afternoons off work to accommodate companies that would turn up look at the job and tell me it would have to go back to their office as it was a tough job, in steps Snobbi from Nano fibre uk. Snobbi turned up, had a look at the job and told me it was a bit of a complex one, naturally I thought it would be like every other engineer that had come out, but Snobbi was not like every other engineer, he told me not to worry as he does not send jobs back and he wasn't lying. Snobbi ensured the job was finished despite it taking longer than the allotted time he had for the job. It is a crying shame there is not more Snobbi's in the world. Brilliant engineer and service would highly recommend this company and specifically Snobbi to anyone needing fibre installed.

Kyle Johnson was the engineer who helped in fitting our youFibre broadband. He was very efficient and communicated well. The whole installation process smooth and he clearly explained how to get started. Very, very happy with his service.
