I purchased from this site a few times and I was already extremely happy with the quality of their dresses but today I also had a great experience with their customer service. I ordered a dress 1 size too big, returned it, waited 10 days and notice I didn't receive my refund yet. I got in touch with them, my case was escalated and I immediately received a confirmation that my refund will be issued within the next few days (I will update my review if not). The team has been very polite, super responsive and it seems like my case was resolved in no time.

The worst customer care ever ! I don’t recommend this brand at all they are scam they shovel you expensive stuff and if you have any issue they never help you ! Do not waist your money on this evil brand ! I don’t know how to reply to Nadin Merabi ! You are sorry ! ? No that’s not enough help when your customers need assistance! When we shop online and we never got chance to wear or see the fit on our body , why we are not able to exchange it to our true size ? My outfit that I paid $570 is not fit and you guys not changing it for me !! Why ? Its like you stole $570 and you don’t care at all ! What am I supposed to do with the cloths thats not my size ?? Your items has fit problem specially on the breast ! Wtf is that !???

I unfortunately ordered the incorrect item and did not notice until next day. I immediately contacted Nadine Merabi by email explaining what happened with the added complication I was going on holiday in 5 days. Alex took ownership of my problem and was able to cancel the order and will be issuing a refund. I would like to thank Alex for her 5 star customer service and will be ordering the correct item on my return.

Great customer service. My items arrived quickly. I ordered multiple sizes and somehow misinterpreted the returns window. Very understanding and great customer service who allowed me to return my items as I could evidence they had all tags still on. I am pleased with the service and it has given me confidence in buying in the future.

I ordered a beautiful Nadine Merabi dress in 2 sizes. I loved it and kept one of the sizes. I also ordered a dress from another company for a different event and I accidentally sent the wrong dress to Nadine Merabi. Alex from customer service was in touch with me and after about a week or so let me know they had found the dress in the warehouse and had already sent it via DPD back to me! I so grateful and will definitely be purchasing more dresses from Nadine Merabi in the future!
