Im giving this review 1 star and even that is way to much.

DO NOT USE GO ELSE WHERE.

All started very positive with the price and then thats where it stopped. No customer service at all
No delivery date given
after me chasing they told me the tyres had been delivered, but checking with the garage and confirming with CCTV tyres had not.

Had to go back and fourth with their AI system no human interaction at all.

Requested a refund for my purchase and over 15 days Ive been chasing as to where the refund is.

Horrible/horrific/appoauling non existent customer service.

Seen alot of bad reviews about this Company on here. Put me off soon as i ordered from them after reading the reviews. But can honestly say i have had no problems at all. My tyres come well before the due delivery date within 5 day's. All confirmation was made by email to me on the next steps. Had them fitted today with no issues. Would i order again 100% yes.

Delivered wrong tyre after 3 weeks. Impossible to contact them. Automated chat said contact the courier to return. (At my expense for your error)
Avoid.

The one tyre I ordered did not arrive when stated. Mytyres/ 123tyres/ Delticom has been impossible to contact by phone and has not responded to email requests for updates. have had to contact credit card company to reclaim payment.

Order and deliver all went perfectly well. Very pleased.

This is my second order this year at mytyres.uk and both was delivered on time with no issues. Good prices, good quality, on time , I'm customer from 2019 . Never had a problem, Thank you .

SCAMMING SITE ORDER CANCELLED AND NOT REFUNDED AFTER TWO WEEKS. HOW LONG I HAVE TO WAIT? NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

You place an order then provide your credit card but then want you to transfer the money to their bank. This is not the way to do business, once you have provided your credit card details that should be enough. Unable to call the retailer

My one tyre took 20 days to arrive, being shipped from Germany to their UK warehouse and then to me.

Returning it was just as bad — 2 weeks before it was collected, followed by another 5 weeks waiting for my refund. I eventually had to get my bank involved, and the initial refund email turned out to be fake/misleading.

No human customer service either — just a useless chatbot.

One tyre, nearly two months of hassle. Absolutely shocking.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. TOOK THE ORDER AND AFTER NO DELIVERY 14 DAYS LATER AND 4 EMAILS THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER WHILE STILL ADVERTISING THE TYRES IN STOCK. THIS COMPANY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME GUARANTEED.

Been waiting almost a month for the tyres and they still haven’t arrived. Would never buy tyres from them again.

Receiving a notification now stating that the delivery is delayed by another 2 to 3 working days due to depot volumes is completely unacceptable given the history of this shipment.

I ordered 4 tyres they delivered 3 in two weeks and other one delivered 1 months late,so I have to buy another pair off tyres for Moti to pass,because tyres I ordered come very late, so don't waste your time with this company is not worthe.

I received my order 11 weeks after payment and placing my order. This Company based in Germany are running a Complete AI, Based Company, which if they are Honest is the most stupid thing to do , the phone number is AI controlled and If you are stupid enough like me to place an order with this Company. You can spend some of your Precious Time , educating this AI to do its job, The Tracking is useless till the U.K. Courier Company gets hold of the goods, in my case this took Nine out of Ten Weeks before that happened, about this time I got a email telling the reason for my delay, No apology for delay , just that my original order after about two weeks had been sent to me but arrived back at their Depot undelivered, that shallowed the first Six Weeks , then all this without informing me till I received the email informing that all the goods numbers had changed so that was some of my not being able to track my order. At last I received my Order 4 days after I was told would be the last day of delivery.

Ordered on 22-Oct, delivered 1 week later today on 30-Oct. Wanted to share this as these guys provide really good tyres (Michlen in our case) for competitive prices. I've checked TrustPilot shortly after realising that advertised 2-4 day UK delivery is a bluff, however, kept waiting. This was my 2nd order with Mytyres, previous back in 2017.

Although prices are keen, the lack of human customer service is absolutely shocking. One tyre came from the UK and three from Germany, and they did not reach their one to two days delivery time. To not be able to get through to a human in this day, age is absolutely terrible inexcusable. Avoid at all costs!

Order placed on 21/09, cancelled 5 minutes later due to a mistake. Received email confirmation that order #57650202 was cancelled and refund issued.

I ordered this tyre on 7th September, required for the MOT on the 21st of September, I've had to buy elsewhere and your still saying delivery on 7th October!!!! Despite showing it as in stock at the time of purchase.
Very poor service!
No way to email and will not except a poor survey rating!

Very disappointing experience. I waited almost two weeks for my tyres, only to discover that my order had been cancelled and a new order had been created without anyone informing me. I only found this out after repeatedly contacting customer service to ask why there had been no update.

Throughout the entire process, I received no meaningful order progress updates or tracking information. Every enquiry was met with the same automated bot response, which did nothing to answer my questions. After asking too many times, the bot eventually stopped responding altogether.

With no communication and no clear information about what was happening, I had no choice but to buy my tyres from another retailer. I eventually opened a PayPal dispute, and only then was I told that my order had been cancelled.

I'm still waiting for my refund.

The lack of communication, poor customer service, and complete absence of proactive updates made this a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from mytyre.co.uk based on my experience.

If I could leave zero stars I would. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! They promise the tyres are in stock at order and then you instantly get a German dpd tracking number saying package delivered. But when you log into your account it says it hasn’t even been dispatched! You ring the phone number provided and get a bot , and it leads nowhere . You email them many times and don’t get a reply. Luckily I paid on credit card and got my bank to refund me but it’s took weeks of waiting and no sign of any tyres. Save yourself a lot of aggregation and buy with a reputable company. The reviews of how bad this company is are all there to see .
