Ordered 5 tyres, was cancelled 3 times without any reason (I still haven't got them). They have a "N0-REPLY" email address, so emailing is one-way traffic. You get a standard response after a few days but can't email back, so back to the website. There waits a computer generated "web-bot" or whatever he/she/it is called, also no use. I've used GigaTyres before without problems but the moment tyres are popular of there are any problems, you're on your own!!

Ordered two tyres 26th March. Then delay as Address needed to be checked then order is with store then order will be sent ASAP now April 9th and have had to contact Credit Card Company for a refund. I would not recommend this German company please read reviews before you order.

I ORDERED A SPECIFIC TIRE AND TIRE SIZE AND AT CHECK OUT DIDNT NOTICE IT WAS A 45 AND NOT A 40 THAT I WANTED. NO PLACE ON SITE TO CANCEL ORDER. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TRIED TO CANCEL ORDER. REP SAID I COULDN'T CANCEL THAT I HAD TO RETURN TIRE AND THEN GET CREDIT. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A POLICY. NO SUPER TO TALK WITH. REGARDLESS STAY AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS. THEY ALSO HAVE BBB BAD REVIEWS.

Bunch of scammers. Sent me a damaged tyre and said I must make a warranty claim to manufacturer. I explained the tyre was never installed and still in its packaging but its like talking to a brick wall. Eventually got it refunded but overall took 20daya from purchasing to refund. When i bought another tyre elsewhere realised that it wasn't even brand new. It had no shine to it and the little rubber hairs were gone. They knowingly sent damaged tyre as it was highlighted in silver pen and bright orange stickers and tried using me as a scapegoat to get it replaced.

Advertised tyres as in stock with 3-5 day delivery. Three weeks later they cancelled the order and issued a new order confirmation, the system didn't recognize this reference. I then cancelled order as they still couldn't provide a delivery date. They don't offer immediate refunds either so they have had my money for a month and provided noting but a headache. Avoid this company

Semi slick nankang ns2r tyres ordered were delivered within a week. So much cheaper than in the UK 🇬🇧

The delivery time takes more than 2 weeks. I would not recommend this company. They should clearly state the tyres will be shipped from outside UK.

Did I make a mistake initially yes after reading the reviews.
But honestly ordered on the 31st December arrived at my home address through dpd on the 7th January and I thought the tyres was coming from Oxford area uk No they came direct from Germany.
The dpd tracking did state delivery was 16th January but definitely arrived today. 7th January.
The tyres are the correct tyres ordered.

What a disappointment this company is, who have clearly jumped on the order-your-tyres-and-have-them-delivered-to-a-local-garage bandwagon. I have used internet sites to order tyres and have them delivered to, and fitted by, a local garage quite a few times, but this time was the exception. We ordered four winter tyres for my daughter's car; I wouldn't care, they were the same price as other sites, and as the process carried on, we selected a garage from a provided list. It's usually when you select a garage, the website then happily provides you with the additional fitting costs and a little check box if you want wheel alignment, but no such luck in this case. Once they were paid for, there was no further fitting info - not even when they were delivered. We waited 2 days for a confirmation email for delivery, which stated that they would arrive at the garage between the 2nd Nov (date of ordering!!!) and the 20th Nov. The tracking number/system didn't even kick in for another 5 days - and it didn't provide ANY details about the shipment, other than they were uplifted and 'en route'. Now, this is an issue with the courier (DHL), but the reason for the lack of details and timeline was because the tyres were coming direct from China. We received NO notification that the tyres had been delivered, rather, when we checked the tracking on 23 Nov, the timeline showed that the shipment "had been delivered", but didn't say where or when. We contacted the garage, but no joy, and I did a bit of sluething, which was when I discovered the tyres had come from China, directly to the garage. As it happens, the tyres had been dropped off at the garage with absolutely no information, other than the delivery details, which displayed my daughter's name and the garage address. There weren't any instructions for the garage whatsoever and they had not been notified of the delivery, nor had they any of my daughter's contact details. I phoned the garage, who gave me an earful until I was able to get a word in edgeways to explain the background. This appeased the owner, who was rightfully angry that these tyres had been dropped off at his workplace without any notice and that he was under the suspicion that they had been delivered to his garage to effect some kind of tax exclusion. A very disappointing experience, given the business behind this is German, based in Germany, and appear to be simply the middlemen on a grift.

This company is a waste of time!!! Will NEVER use again and dont recommend.
I ordered a set of 4 tyres and found out 2 weeks later that they didnt send them out... So asked for a refund and this took a month (only as I put a claim with the payment provider). In between I had placed another order for 4 tyres of which 3 tyres had been delivered early and I still do not have a refund for the missing tyre!

I ordered 2 x tires from this company on the 27th of Oct.
On the 30th I received an Email saying my order had been dispatched and that I will receive my order on or around the 10th of Nov.

The 10th of Nov came and I received an Email to say my order had been cancelled and a new order was generated.
So I called them to find out the reason the order was cancelled was because the tires were never in stock. So, why did you tell me they had been dispatched? Why has it taken 15 days for me to find out the order was never in stock? I have now cancelled my order and gone elsewhere. No refund yet though.

Avoid. Very cheap prices but communication slow and vague. Ordered on 22 Oct and received email on 28th stating order despatched and to expect delivery 10 Nov. Useless if you need your order next day. They state 'quick delivery'. No. In this day an age there is NO EXCUSE for poor service and communication. STEER CLEAR is my advice. I'll not use them again.

Ordered my K60 rear tyre on the 29 August. "Dispatched" the next day and never received it. They said it's been stuck in due to Brexit etc etc. Asked for more details two weeks later, no response. Emailed again, no response, emailed again..... No response. Thank god I ordered by Credit Card. Got my money back today. Will pay that little extra and use a proper company. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Ordered 2 tyres for £250.
Was told it would be 5-6 days delivery.
10 days later I asked where my tyres were after no information.
I was told they would look into it.
4 days later I chased them up again.
They told me they only have 1 tyre in stock and don't know when they will have the other.
Asked for refund and cancellation.
Responded 2 days later saying cancelled.
5 days later no information and no refund.
Terrible company, don't sell what you don't have.
Do not use this company.

The only place I can get a space saver for my RX7 spare. As described and delivered within 2 weeks from Europe. No problems here.

Tyres returned 18th August. No refund provided so contacted 3rd Sept, told it was being escalated and would be dealt with in a few days. No refund received by 9th Sept so contacted again - told that 3rd Sept call had not been actioned. Promised a resolution today... I'll wait and see!

Do NOT order from this company. Placed an order on the 6th July and am still waiting for my shipment, it is now the 11th August! Very unhelpful and no communication about status of the order. Will definitely give this company a wide berth. Never again!!!

I ordered two tires from the 13th of July. Today is the 26th 13 days later. I got only one of them and the company is not sure when I’m gonna get the other one. I’m very disappointed with the waiting time and not getting delivered the boat items since I ordered them at the same time.

After ordering an Avon Roadrider, was given a tracking number. This parcel went from one place in Germany to another, so was obviously not mine. This is clearly a deliberate attempt to deceive and from reading other reviews, is something they do. On enquiring by email, got no answer except another tracking link for a created label which to date hasn't shipped.
Would NOT recommend this company. I can forgive being a bit slow, but deliberately giving out fake tracking numbers shows what you're dealing with.
