there weren't a lot of questions, which I liked. It was fast and to the point. The only thing I did not like was paying for it. I feel like this kind of thing should be free

I purchased what I believed was a…

I purchased what I believed was a single test. The test and results were not what I expected, but I was relieved that I had only purchased one—or so I thought.

I was later charged for an automatic renewal, even though I was certain I had not intentionally signed up for a trial or ongoing subscription. When I requested a refund, I was offered only 25% back.

If a company presents its tests and results as professional and trustworthy, its billing practices should reflect that same standard. Customers should be given a fair opportunity to correct an unintended renewal, especially when their account activity clearly shows they did not continue taking additional tests or using the service.

The companies I respect are transparent about recurring charges and send reminder emails before processing a renewal. Clear communication would help prevent situations like this and create greater trust with customers.the date of experience was when I realized the autopayment deducted and i reached out to the company, for this part they reached back quickly.

A Scam for Sure

They charged me a subscription fee that I never authorized, and gave my information to others who then tried to purchase additional subscriptions.
