Found the test to be quite interesting and easy to complete. Getting results for a minimal fee was nice and payment options were good.

NO EMAIL BUT CHARGED ME $39.95

Paid $1 for assessment, never got email with assessment and had no way to cancel. Today they charged my account $39.95 and when I emailed them they even admitted they had no account under my email, then told me they would offer a 25% refund of the $39.95 charge. How can you charge someone that never got the promised emailed assessment or any direction on how to cancel?!? DO NOT SIGN UP!!!

I would strongly caution anyone…

I would strongly caution anyone considering using MyTraitProfile.

I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial to explore their autism/AuDHD assessments. Without any reminder that my trial was ending, I was charged $39.95 for a membership. As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted customer support to explain the situation and request a refund.

Instead of issuing a refund, they refused and offered only a 25% reimbursement (less than $10) as a “gesture of goodwill.” That response was incredibly disappointing, especially since I reached out immediately after the charge.

What makes this particularly concerning is that this company markets its services to neurodivergent individuals. Many people with ADHD and autism struggle with executive functioning, memory, and time management. Failing to send a reminder before converting a free trial into a paid subscription, then refusing to provide a refund when contacted right away, feels predatory rather than supportive.

The assessments themselves were not even informative, but the subscription and billing practices left me with a very negative impression. I cannot recommend a company that treats its customers this way.
