My order No. LA857281733GB
It has been two months since my shipment was sent without an address. I have been asking either to receive my package or to get a refund, but MySupplementShop has shown no cooperation at all. The local shipping company refuses to deliver it because there is no address, while the seller’s shipping company is also unhelpful. I am left with no package and no refund. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced

I bought 3 tubs of protein. One flavor i have tried is irish creme and it tastes like old rancid peanuts. It is terrible. Nothing like irish creme. Contacted them and they offered me 15% off more. I have been consuming protein powders for 20 + years and this is the worst tasting protein I have ever had. Stay away.

The worst customer service and conflict resolution I’ve ever experienced.

It took over 7 days to receive my shipment, since it was opened for inspection by customs, and by opened I mean they opened the seal of one of my sups. When I wrote CS to complain, they said they’re not liable or responsible and denied me a refund. SMH …how can I comfortably trust that the product wasn’t tampered with. I’m lost for words, and they’ve lost my business, I don’t recommend

great service, great tracking for the packaging. 5/5

Great range of products and good value for money!
I really like the Per4m whey sample bundles, the subscription option is going to keep me well-stocked throughout my fitness journey.

Terrible experience. I paid $28 for shipping and never received my product. When I contacted customer service, they brushed me off with ‘it’s still in transit’ and could not explain why I was charged so much for shipping and weeks later… still no product, still no answers. So disappointing. I would not recommend this company! ***update: 12 days after this review still no product still unwilling to refund.

Great business fast shipping especially considering that it comes from the UK,

Whole process was good, as well as available products. Only minor gripe was the delivery time. Rest was great

I ordered 1 bottle of pills to help my aching joints ! they sent them, they didn't help !! then the next month I get charged $100+ for another bottle that I did not order, and they didn't ship them because they were on back order !!
Soooo, I'm paying $100 for NOTHING. :-(
Just AWFUL treatment. :-(

Amazing shop to buy our supplements. Suberb very quick delivery always, I’ve ordered and the next day it was delivered.
Thank you!

high quality, well-packaged, and works perfectly. What impressed me even more was the lightning-fast delivery which was a pleasant surprise. Great experience overall – highly recommended!

Product delivered as described in a timely fashion

Very easy to navigate website with a vaste mixture of flavours and sample packs to try too

Delivery as promised.

Perfect super

The CEO of the business took time to respond to recommend products based on my own personal circumstances, not only do the products actually taste delicious. I am absolutely astounded with the fast delivery, high quality products and amazing customer service I received which I believe pushed me over the edge to buying as this is a total new world to me (supplements). I wish this business every success in the future and I will certainly be remaining as a customer!

Whether I missed the note through the door… yes I definitely didn’t get one, I emailed the firm to see what is going on with my order and I was informed that it was at a shop for collection which needed picking up that day! I promptly pegged it to the said shop and grabbed my item. Thanks for your help.

Amazing experience and fast delivery. I’m very glad you have stock of the discontinued ultra watermelon flavour. I don’t understand why they decided to discontinue it but it’s an amazing flavour
