I ordered Mars Protein bars but the delivery failed and the product returned to the store. I have been seeking a refund but have had no replies to my emails and phone calls. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Abohorant behaviour, ablist, narcissistic egotistical misogynistic murdering director. Don’t fall for the rehearsed smile

Can't get hold of them now that they have to give me a refund.

If live in the United States DO NOT ORDER from this company, I only placed two orders with them, my first order I didn't spend much because I didn't know anything about them and that order was successful, my second order I spent double the money and it never arrived. I contacted customer service to let them know that I hadn't received my order and that it was lost in the UPS tracking system, they emailed me back and basically told me that there's nothing they can do about it and I wasted my hard-earned money. I wanted to be a new customer for this company but instead I'll never order from them again.

Delivery took forever to come and then when you return the items. You have to chase them again for a refund. If I would have not been on top of- they would have kept the money.

Free gift made for good value and order turned around quickly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my products. Tracking says it's in a warehouse and they needed paperwork that I cannot provide. I've sent numerous emails requesting an update or a refund with either a generic "we're working on it" response or no response at all. I've contacted my credit card company to hopefully get the charge removed as fraud. Do not recommend ordering from this site.

I absolutely love this company. They have the products I need and can’t find other places. I will continue to do business with them.

Prompt delivery, easy to order, trusted product...was recommended to me and now I will recommend to others

Buyer beware
I bought supplements from this company and they didn’t get through customs. They will not refund the purchase! If you live in the USA BEWARE!!! Read the fine print.

They shipped very quickly, it was slightly delayed on delivery a day or so but that was my end deliverer not them!
But it still arrived pretty quickly and it was packed and shipped well.

Awful experience. Ordered 36 of the same drink, milk based and all of which were delivered past their use by date.

They initially sent an “I should have known” email, with no attempt to reimburse, then after 2 weeks of 2 emails (they like to take their time) they offer me a refund along as I cover the cost of returning the 3 x 7kg boxes. I refused, then after another
week long wait asking to raise a complaint they finally fold and send the refund… only to find that they’ve charged me some kind of ‘welcome cut’ for their side? Nice…

Great service, every time. Flawless, from placing the order right up to the delivery.

And thank you for all the freebies and samples in the past year or so. Much appreciated 👍🏻

Purchased the 3 bundle of Applied Nutrition Tongkat Ali. Worked out cheaper than anywhere else. Quick, free delivery every time.

It is in quarantine setting in a warehouse - For a lengthy time.

I am very disappointed with my order. They charged me an extra 27,90€ for the border, which was never mentioned anywhere during the purchase process. This hidden cost made my products much more expensive than expected. I feel misled, and I would not have placed the order if I had known about these additional charges. Transparency is very important, and unfortunately, this company failed to provide it.
