The product I purchased did not work for me, to my chagrin. But the customer service was top notch. Despite the fact that the product is a personal care item that cannot be returned, MysteryVibe issued a full refund. If another product from this company piques my interest later on down the line, I would not hesitate to make a purchase.

I bought a product that did not work for us, and Kriz over at MysteryVibe did an amazing job of giving directions on how to use it properly, and then if that still didn't work, which, unfortunately it didn't, she gave us store credit to purchase another product. The service was fast, this was done in an hour, and she was very kind and helpful. I'd 100% buy and support this company again.

I have no seen the product yet... Unfortunately I received the wrong box and only got a rechargeable battery, but after contacting MysteryVibe without hesitation they have packaged and shipped my order hoping to see it next week. I do not know how well the product works I can only assume at this price point it is quality. The customer service department is above and beyond good to work with and I highly recommend contacting them with any issues.

Tenuto 2 is alright. I'm not skinny so it's rigid right angle design is a bit of a pain sometimes, but it works great. My only complaint is the universal remote. It's terrible. You have to pair it every time you turn on any device and it shuts off after like 1 minute. Then you have to turn it on, pair it (clunky) and then don't get comfy longer than a minute (or w/e the time out is) , otherwise it shuts off. The app is a pain when I am home alone surfing porn. Kinda takes away from the moment to have to switch apps to change the setting.

I made a second purchase of the same item that I previously purchased and got great use of and I contacted customer service with a simple observation that I made about the new purchase, they responded quickly and addressed all of my concerns. In this day and age this type of customer service is rarely seen I am extremely satisfied and I fully recommend this company to anyone thinking about making a purchase

Everything about the company is upfront and professional. Customer service is exceptional. It's clear they care about the experiences people have with their products, between the quality of the products themselves to the very helpful information on the website and included with the products to customer support, this company shines.

The product itself aside, the company blew me away. I accidentally ordered two and they made returning one as easy as possible and were completely polite throughout. Really sets the bar for customer service.

I looked at devices like Tenuto 2 but wondered about how much was hype and how much was fact and the price was higher than I was willing to risk. But, I kept looking, saw many other ED solutions but the Tenuto 2 looked like the most real. The day after Christmas an add popped up and it was on sale! What the heck, let's give it a shot.

The device arrived quickly and I was impressed with how solid and quiet it was . The 4 motors was a new experience, they added a whole new dimension to the experience from all the other one motor vibrators I've tried.

After a couple weeks, something seemed off, the feeling wasn't the same. After looking and testing, I notices one of the motors would stop after a while. If I tapped on it, it would start working again. I thought I must be imagining it and tried to ignore it. After another week, it was obvious the one motor wasn't working.

I went to the website and found the customer service contact widget and sent a message. I received a quick reply and since my problem wasn't the usual type of question, I was immediately escalated to the top engineer. After a video of the problem and a couple emails he determined there was an actual problem and sent out a new replacement device.

I'm beginning to think defects like this are quite rare as customer service has been checking back with me to make sure my problem is resolved which is really quite unexpected and appreciated.

The Tenuto 2 is more than I expected. The free prewritten vibes (patterns, programs) seem to cover the range of capabilities and many feel like there are other moving parts than just the 4 motors. I only wish there were more. There is a vibe creating part of the app and I've written several but can't get the same kind of feelings as the prewritten ones. Maybe if I had any musical ability I would be better at it.

Over two months in, I'm happy with my purchase and the company. I'm looking forward to new innovations they might come up with.

One product was on back order, but Kriz in support handled it the best way I have ever experienced. She was kind, quick and full of ideas how to solve it. Super happy with the service and the products, so far.

We buy a lot of stuff online, and it is seldom we receive such great support as Kriz gave us. I know it may sound like I work for Mysteryvibe, but we are first time customers.

Krizia was so extremely helpful in dealing with my situation...I had purchased a tenudo 2 in the past 2-3 yrs..and was unfortunately disappointed about the product... having said that,it was just my experience that the product didn't work for me...Krizia was kind enough to help me in getting a new product, the crescendo 2 which I know is going to be a much better device for myself and my wife...these products are extremely well made and designed to help with personal pleasure and I hope that anyone who tries the products has success and many years of use..thank you

Customer service is exceptional! Wasn't thrilled with product as it didn't work out for us; however, with the option to choose another product seemed like a fair compensation. Have not received the new item yet but looking forward to getting it.

I ordered a Tenato 2. It turned out at 70 years old...we couldn't get a grip on how it worked at our age. They gave me a full refund!!!!

Had issues with pairing the app to the device. Emailed customer support about the issue and didn't know what type of response I would receive. The gentleman that responded to the email was extremely helpful and polite. I was amazed and very grateful for the time he spent problem solving what turned out to be an issue with my Galaxy S-23, and bluetooth connectivity issues of which I was unaware. All as advertised and the personal level of support was very professional, polite and satisfying. Thanks

Mystery Vibe seems like a great company...so, I ordered their Tenuto 2...the device is kind of stiff and didn't like that the charging port was unprotected from potential moisture. Downloaded the app w some issues controlling it...figured out that the button icons on it, didn't match up w the button underneath and pressing wrong ones. I had difficulty inserting myself in the device, I didn't exactly fit it and b/c I didn't fit it, after a few uses it snapped something inside one part...before that happened, I also noted it's loudness...not subtle at all. Unfortunately, I don't believe this to be a revolutionary product...if anything, it killed my erection trying to figure out the problems with it. Its now basically just a paperweight. Perhaps different sizes might help.

After a long wait, my Molto prostate massager arrived. In my (limited) experience of anal sex aids, size IS everything. To small and they don't reach the P spot, too large and insertion is either painful and/or impossible. Molto's slim bendable shaft is perfect. Using the controls once it is inside is tricky and I have not had a chance to try out the phone app. However even the basic vibrations plus a pattern were enough to give me some great sensations.

Apparently, there was a glitch in the shipping software which caused the holdup of the order processing unbeknownst to the company. The company was very apologetic and resolved immediately by their CEO! I would have to amend the rating to five stars for their prompt resolution.
