Amazing product looks like it was designed for me. Very comfortable, perfect feature, adjustable to all the needs. Very convenient, you can take it anywhere! Is very discreet, ppl honestly will ask if is a remote control. So you can keep your privacy. Battery last longer so I couldn't ne more happier. Helps me a lot to discover my body and buster my confidence. Highly recommended

Packaged beautifully (think iPhone). Exterior is soft and smooth. Charge cable is USB. Does not come with adapter.
The app is a nice idea, but doesn’t stay connected (Bluetooth) and the buttons are too small to effectively adjust or turn off without the app. The shape itself is terribly uncomfortable for me. It bends as advertised, but the device isn’t cylindrical. Contacted the company about a return and received a prompt reply. Unfortunately 30 day return policy is for store credit.
UPDATE: Representative contacted me. Extremely polite & helpful. Had I been paying more attention when I bought it I would have known about the shape (see response). Amazing customer service.

Soumyadip Rakshit helped us with a faulty product. They shipped out the same day and we received it within 2 days. Very receptive and helpful on resolving the issue. We had multiple customer service people respond to our inquiry but we had already had it resolved.

Update 3:
I received the replacement and everything seems to work as advertised. Very well built and good power. Haven't had time yet to figure out what works best for us but will be doing so ASAP. Thanks to MysterVibe for being so responsive. Will definitely shop them again!

Update 2:
I am very impressed with the response to my issue. Changing from a 1 to a 3 star just based on that. I have an order for a replacement in progress and should get it next week. I will hopefully be changing this to a 5 when we get a chance to use the product.

I received the Tenuto 2 on Tuesday 5/29/2023. It will not charge and will not turn on. I have been suffering from ED and was hopeful that this would help based on the description. Very frustrated (even more so now) as my wife and I were looking forward to trying it out. I can't get any help from Customer Service in regards to returning or replacing this item. I am hopeful that someone from this company may see this and offer some assistance. If they do, I will update my review but at this point, I am not hopeful. Beware!

I received the New Crescendo as a gift, and let me tell you ... I bless that person every day! The toy taught me about pleasure, myself and my self-love way more than I ever expected! It is versatile and allows you to keep exploring different angles and positions! I also love the details of the little pouch and the charger! It's discrete and super cute!

The MV it's very intresting experience for both, me and my partner enjoy it a loot, playing and switching. The design and vibration make you go creazy with your fantasies.

I have been suffering from ED for over a year now, and have tried a number of different medications, and natural remedies and nothing helped. Then I found the tenuto, and my god did it make a difference, for me and my partner. I swear by the tenuto. It really helped with my confidence and with my marriage.

Bought the Tenuto and Crescendo to spice things up. Needless to say this helped my partner and I do just that. The coconut lube and playing cards were also a great add-on.

My partner and I both are fans of the products, have the Crescendo and Tenuto.

Had a Crescendo 1 back in the earlier days of the company and the only complaint I have over the welcome upgrade to 2 is the colour choices of the product. I don't like the pink, the aqua / turquoise colour was nice but understand if it probably didn't sell as well.

I've heard Tenuto could be a little uncomfortable for those who are more well-endowed than myself but fits perfectly fine for me @ 6 inches and not so much on the girthy side.

Otherwise one thing I will say is their Customer Support team are great - the founders deal with issues themselves which is welcome - I had a faulty Crescendo unit which was really quickly resolved with a replacement device completely for free. If the products aren't for you they don't have to cost you, so well worth trying their product range.

Wow. This was a one of a kind experience. I highly recommend using these products.
