The consideration this company offered was the most professional and kind response with open communication a business and fabricator can do.
After learning an earlier model first generation unit no longer had a charger I needed to replace my model with, they simply gave me a free new device OF MY CHOOSING with sincere apologies they couldn’t assist my initial request.
There was nothing technically wrong with my first unit, just no longer had the custom charger available. The new package arrived with my new chosen model and again the style, design, functionality, feel, and power is incredible. Many thanks MysteryVibe. You are the best at this game!

I had difficulty getting my device to connect to the app. One the problem was elevated to tge technical department Blessing provided adequate instructions to resolve the difficulty. Anxious now to see if it does all it's advertised to do.

I placed an order for the Tenuto 2. I had a little trouble figuring out how to use phone app to program the settings and use it as a remote control. I emailed them to explain the issue I was having and they got back to me right away with personalised help not a scripted response. After that I was good to go. Unfortunately due to my own personal issues, It wouldn't work for me. I sent another email asking if I could get a refund. I was amazed that right away The Great K**z in customer service responded " Sorry to hear your not satisfied. Would you like a refund to the card or store credit?" I was expecting to give an embarrassing explanation and told no after some back and forth. None of that! Hearing that made me smile as much as when the package arrived.
Because of the product quality and the customer service I decided to get the store credit. I place an order for a different type of devise the same day. Perhaps my wife will give a review soon.

Support from Antonette was outstanding. I had placed an order for an item and wanted to add the remote and lube. Thought that meant I needed to exchange the item, but the item is remote ready. I ordered the remote and lube, Antonette provided me with the discounted package price and the refund to my credit card happened quickly. We have exchanged several emails and Antonette has always been very quick to respond and helpful. Outstanding customer support.

I was very impressed with the response time in regards to my logging a problem. In addition, it was escalated to the CTO which in my world is to the very top. We had a meaningful dialogue via email and am pretty sure things got sorted out. It seems to have been user error and not machine or software issue. Terrific company.

I ordered the Tenuto 2 and quickly realized that it was not going to work for me. I didn't even try using the item. I won't go into the reasons now but it had nothing to do with the quality of the product. So I contacted MysteryVibe at the email address on their site and received a response from them within 2-3 hours. Kriz was very professional and understanding and suggested I try one of their other products using a store credit or if I did not want to do that, offered a full refund. I reviewed their other products and had some interest in two of them but ultimately decided to pass and try another ED product I had been looking at. Within and hour I had confirmation directly from PayPal that the credit for the full purchase price was being processed and would be credited to my card in 2-3 days. This is a reputable company producing, as far as I could tell, quality products. If you have an interest, don't hesitate trying their products.

I purchased the Tenuto Mini and was pleased with the device yet, unfortunately it failed to hold a charge after 1 week. I contacted Customer Service and worked with Krizia from MysteryVibe. Krizia was fantastic!! Without hesitation Krizia processed a refund in the amount of my purchase. I’m sure that my issue with the Tenuto Mini was a one off minor defect and I intend to purchase another product from MysteryVibe. From my experience I believe you can trust MysteryVibe to deliver First Class customer service. Also, it’s worth pointing out that the Tenuto Mini I purchased was of high quality materials and construction. I will not let the minor hiccup I experienced cloud my desire to purchase another product from MysteryVibe.

I ordered one of their personal intimacy products thinking it would be perfect for my issues. Unfortunately, when I opened the box I realized it wouldn’t work. Even though I never used the product, I inquired about a refund.

Most personal intimacy products do not offer refunds due to the very nature of the product. However, they had a 30 day product guarantee and they offered me several options to remedy the situation. They quickly resolved my issue.

Some of the BEST Customer Service EVER. I noticed a couple of errors/questions on their website and sent them an email describing them. Almost immediately they returned an email responding to my concerns thanking me for pointing them out and even gave me a code for a free remote for my trouble. I like doing business with a company that does business this way.

It pleases me to be able to write this review. I had a personal issue with a item which seemed really well made and a quality product. This personal issue prevented me from using the product. I contacted customer service and a very nice person Kriz read my email, advised me of the company position, but considered my personal issues and issued a full refund. That is not something you see today, a good customer service department and nice people involved in it. If my personal issue is resolved, I will be back and purchase some items knowing that I am getting a high quality product. Good customer service goes a long way and this was a job well done. thank you
