Flawed Returns
I received a duplicate shirt on the third set purchased. Trying to return or exchange became a nightmare. Email ping pong so gave up in the end. Now the proud owner of two Al-ittihad shirts!

Thanks for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you’ve had a frustrating experience.
In terms of duplicates, we can only actively help avoid these when the comment box is used at checkout to list teams already received. Without this, orders are picked at random and duplicates can unfortunately occur.
Regarding your return, we can see the issue arose because the incorrect return reason was selected, which caused the request to be automatically cancelled by the system. We did follow up with instructions to resolve this correctly, however we didn’t receive a response after providing those details.
We do have a straightforward returns portal in place, and we’re still more than happy to help get this resolved if you’d like to proceed — just get back in touch with us and we’ll guide you through it.

Thanks for your review.
We’ve checked the tracking, and it does not show as delivered. The latest update confirms the parcel arrived in Saudi Arabia on 6th May and is currently being prepared for onward delivery.
As this is an international shipment, it will go through local processing before final delivery. We’d recommend continuing to monitor the tracking link for the most up-to-date status.
Genuinely would not recommend
Genuinely would not recommend, ordered a top for my partners birthday paid almost £40 for a £10 top to come that I could’ve brought from sports direct, not to mention it was females too. Emailed ask for an exchange of literally anything as long as it’s males or for a refund and I wouldn’t send back their sports direct top to which I’m now being ignored, I get the concept of a mystery top but this is just a mockery.

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed, especially as this was a birthday gift. However, there are a few points we must address from your review.
The shirt you received is an official St. Louis City shirt manufactured by Adidas, with an original RRP of around £80. It is a men’s shirt, which matches your order - you have not been sent a women’s shirt.
The £15 shirt you’ve referenced from Sports Direct is a different product (the women’s version). The exact men’s shirt you received is not being sold for £15 - a quick Google search actually shows the shirt is currently unavailable elsewhere in men's sizes. Women’s shirts are often priced lower than men's and the price of the women's equivalent does not reflect the value of the shirt you've received, or the Mystery Box itself.
We also want to clarify that we responded to your query and asked for images to investigate. These were sent over the weekend/bank holiday period, which is why there was a short delay — you weren’t being ignored, and we are continuing to assist you via email.
The whole family adores it!
The whole family adores our Mystery Football. The end to end process is so smooth, fun, customer-centred and fan-pleasing. Ordering's a doddle, updates and delivery on point, and the unboxing is just supreme. We love it! Oh, and the shirts themselves are amazing: exciting, new, official gems, some familiar and others exotic, a joy to reveal and wear.

Great!!! I ordered a mystery shirt for my son’s eleventh birthday, he loves to wear different team strips and the look on his face opening up and getting an AC Milan top was priceless… brilliant!!! Ordered with ease, delivered on time and the anticipation on what top was coming for my son’s birthday was exciting for me as well!!!

As clearly stated on our website, when ordering as a group we strongly recommend placing one single group order so we can ensure everyone receives different shirts. When multiple people place separate orders at similar times, we unfortunately have no way of knowing the orders are connected, as each order is picked individually from the same live stock pool.
Our stock changes constantly depending on supply from clubs and manufacturers. In some periods we may have larger quantities of certain teams available, and once those sell through, they are often gone permanently. This is the nature of authentic football shirt supply, which is why the element of randomness is central to the mystery box experience.
We completely understand why receiving the same shirt as friends can be frustrating, which is exactly why we highlight placing group orders together wherever possible so we can actively avoid duplicates.

The website needs clarity
The website needs clarity. Kids shirts are listed as priced at £24.99 however when you select a larger size the actual price is actually £34.99 so the site should state prices "from" £24.99.
Also the preference needs more clarification as I stipulated "no pink" as this was for a boy and they sent a kit adorned with pink, apparently I would have been required to list every club with a pink shirt as this is not accepted as a colour preference.
Needless to say I will return now for a refund rather than exchange as the whole process is flawed form the start not to mention misleading pricing.
My first ever and last order, a nice concept although the reality is just a very poor overall service.

There are no issues with pricing clarity on the product page. When selecting the size from the dropdown, the correct price is clearly displayed before the item is added to the cart. Kids shirts vary in price depending on size due to supplier costs, which is why the price updates dynamically once the size is selected.
In terms of order preferences, the comment box clearly states that it is for teams to avoid. It is not advertised that we can accommodate colour requests or general style preferences. As this is a mystery box, shirts are selected completely at random from a live stock pool, and our packing team does not know what shirt is inside each sealed package prior to selection. This means requests such as specific colours unfortunately cannot be facilitated.
We aim to be fully transparent about how the product works, and the mystery element is a core part of the experience.
When the package was delivered
When the package was delivered, the box was ripped and damaged. This meant that the shirt inside was visible from the outside, which completely ruined the “mystery” aspect of the product that I paid for. Additionally, there was no card included to identify the team, which is normally part of the experience.
Overall, the condition of the packaging and the missing elements made the product feel poorly handled and not as described. This is not the level of quality I expected.
