I still haven’t received my delivery, ordered on the 23rd and is now the 27th - it said my delivery would be received within 2-3 days?

Your order was placed on 23rd May during a Bank Holiday weekend. It was dispatched on Tuesday 27th May and delivered on 28th May, which was within our stated 2-3 working day delivery timeframe from dispatch.
As the order arrived within the advertised timescales, we hope you'll agree that a 2-star review may not fairly reflect the service received. If you're happy with the product now it has arrived, we'd really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review.

Not such a Mystery
I placed two orders. Same top was shipped with both orders, not such a mystery! I contacted customer service to explain that I’ll be posting one back as I don’t want to same top twice. They wouldn’t waiver the handling charges as it’s not their problem (although I think I’m entitled to a full refund anyway under the consumer contracts regulation as it’s within 14 days). I was also charged a postage protection fee which I never added to my basket. This won’t be refunded either, even though I never asked for it. I’ve used this company for several years but it’s starting to feel very money grabbing and a bit of a trickster.

As the two shirts were placed as separate orders, they were processed and packed independently from the same stock pool. Unfortunately, this means there is always a possibility of receiving the same team or shirt across multiple separate orders. To help prevent this, we always recommend placing multiple shirts within a single order where possible.
In terms of the return, customers are absolutely entitled to return unwanted items within the applicable cancellation period. However, unless an item has been supplied incorrectly or is faulty, return postage costs remain the responsibility of the customer. The handling fee covers the cost of the return label is applied in accordance with our returns policy.
The order protection option is also entirely optional and selected during checkout. As the order was successfully delivered, this service has been fulfilled and is therefore non-refundable.
We appreciate your support over the years and are sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations.

I can see this is the 2nd review you've left regarding the same order. To reiterate our initial reply:
We’re sorry to hear this, however the information in this review is incorrect.
The order confirmation email sent immediately after checkout clearly shows that size Small was selected on the order, which is why size Small shirts were dispatched. We can only send the sizes selected during checkout and would have no reason to alter this afterwards.
At no stage did our team “lie” regarding the order - we simply referred to the order confirmation and system records associated with the purchase. This was simply a case of the wrong size being ordered by the customer.
False claims about online subscription management
My son was really happy with the shirt received. I wanted to increase deliveries from bi monthly to monthly, however there is absolutely no way of doing this, or cancelling via the online account, despite the website stating this can be done. Emails from 'support' contain a 'manage your subscription' link which is a dead link. Stating that functions are available via an online account and then not providing them is not ethical business practice. I have requested cancellation.
Update: a reply to my cancellation request received today states that I should do this online, when I've already advised that this is not possible online. This company is actively preventing me from cancelling an unwanted subscription. Beware.

We’re sorry to see this review, especially as the shirt received itself was described as “really happy with”.
The claims regarding subscription management are simply incorrect. Our subscriptions are managed through an integrated customer portal powered by Appstle Subscriptions, where customers can manage frequency changes, skips and cancellations directly online.
In this case, the issue appears to have been caused by the subscription originally being created through a guest checkout, meaning the website account first needed activating with a password before access to the portal could be gained. Temporary secure access links are also available from support if required, but expire after 24 hours for security reasons.
At no point have we prevented cancellation requests or attempted to make subscription management unavailable.
I think my son is well into double…
I think my son is well into double figures now with his mystery shirt collection. The shirts have all been great quality and a good mix of teams both at club and country levels. He really enjoys the excitement of opening each box.

Top quality shirts
Had a few shirts now, all are top quality. My first shirt I received the wrong size so returned it and asked for the same shirt in the correct size. They don’t give the same shirt as part of their policy which was disappointing as I loved the Valencia away shirt, although the PSV away instead is awesome too 👍🏼 Great quality shirts every time!

Rip off
I think it's just not worth it at the end of the day. This company buys a job lot of dead cheap kits, with poor quality manufacturing, from some 3rd division team in Portugal, sticks them in boxes and sells them at a massive market up.
On social media they often make it look like shirts are being selected from a rack, but if you order at the same time as a friend there is a good chance you will get the same kit.

All shirts sent by MysteryFootball are 100% officially licensed products sourced directly from clubs, brands and authorised suppliers.
In regard to duplicates, if separate orders are placed at the same time there is always a possibility of duplicates, as they will be picked from the same stock pool. This is why we advise on our website that if ordering with friends/as a group, orders should be placed together so we can actively avoid duplicates during packing.

Of the two kits we bought, we did request random European kits - ended up with one Mexican and one Saudi shirt. Bit disappointing as wasn’t what we put in the request.
Saudi shirt - the sponsor was all stuck together. Had better kits from other mystery boxes

I have checked the order and you didn’t order the European Mystery Box, which is why the shirts received weren’t specifically European teams.

Your order is an international shipment and is currently undergoing customs clearance. The last tracking update was on 4th May, which is why there hasn’t been any further movement yet.
For international deliveries, delays at customs can occur and are unfortunately outside of our control. Please continue to monitor the tracking link, and make sure any import fees or duties are paid promptly if requested, as this can also delay delivery.
Once cleared, the parcel will move through quickly.
