Ordered 9 x shirts on a Sunday with express delivery.
As per tracking, label wasn’t even created until Tuesday 5PM (despite saying they’d been collected at 12PM)
Zero movement after that, until Friday said ‘returned to sender’ - throughout email communications were unapologetic and didn’t empathise.
We ended up ordering from classic football shirts which actually arrived next day. Avoid MysteryFootball, bad comms and bad customer service.

We'd just like to clarify a couple of points. Your order was dispatched on Tuesday morning, and a dispatch confirmation email was sent to you at that time. Unfortunately, after Royal Mail collected the parcel, they were unable to progress the delivery and it was subsequently marked as returned to sender.
While we completely understand how frustrating this was, particularly given the time-sensitive nature of your order, this was unfortunately outside of our control. We fulfilled and dispatched the order as expected, but courier issues can occasionally occur.
We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations and appreciate your feedback.

I was really looking forward to receiving my 1st mystery box, but rather disappointed after the shirt I received was from 3 seasons ago, retailing online £17 cheaper, still new & with tags. & also on the rather small side for 2xl

We're sorry to hear the shirt wasn't quite what you were hoping for.
Our Mystery Football Boxes can include official shirts from any season. While you may find a similar shirt heavily discounted by individual retailers/resellers, those prices don't reflect the shirt's original retail value or the value of our box. Many of the shirts we include originally retailed for £70+ when released.
We're also sorry to hear the fit wasn't quite right. Sizing can vary between manufacturers, but we do offer size exchanges if needed.
We appreciate you giving us a try and hope you'll consider us again in the future.

When I told them I did do that
They told me “I don’t know what your talking about considering the checkbox is only for removing specific team”

All shirts are brand new and officially licensed. The scarves included in the boxes are pre-owned, but they should always be in good condition. From what you've described, it sounds like your scarf fell below our expected standard.

Great gift for brother-in-law!
I ordered a premium Mystery Football shirt as a birthday present for my brother in law, and paid a few extra pounds for the shirt to be gift wrapped. The package arrived within a couple of days in really good condition.
Yesterday I gave him the present, and honestly the entire experience could not have gone better! I don't think I have seen him deliver so many different facial expressions within sixty seconds.
My brother in law received a beautiful FC Augsburg 25-26 4th kit, a special "Fuggerstadt" edition shirt with beautiful detail and colours. Absolutely smashed it out of the park and was exactly what I had hoped for him to get as a 1st mystery shirt.
For reference, I specified in the teams to avoid section "please no UK teams unless Norwich City". Based on other reviews I'm not sure if writing that does ensure a non-UK shirt, but I'm very appreciative he didn't receive a UK team (turns out as long as it wasn't Ipswich Town or Man United it was all good haha).
Would very much recommend to others and will be purchasing again in the future. Thanks!

This was awesome. I ordered a bundle of three mystery shirts, two for myself and one for my little brother, and they did not disappoint. I got an Al-Ittihad shirt and a Cabo Verde Premier League team shirt. Ones that I probably wouldn't order or even have heard of until these mystery boxes. It was a gift for my son in law
It was a gift for my son in law, a friend also ordered him a mystery football shirt. He received two shirts the same. Perhaps admin can cross reference as this gift was a let down for him and both parties paid full price. People not AI processing orders.

We’re sorry to hear the gift was disappointing.
The two shirts were purchased through separate orders by two different customers. Because of this, our warehouse team had no way of knowing the shirts needed to be cross-referenced.
Orders are packed by our team, not AI. For future orders, any teams already received can be added to the comment box on the product page and we’ll do our best to avoid duplicates.
We appreciate that receiving the same shirt twice was frustrating, but without this information being included on either order, it was unfortunately an unavoidable coincidence.

Ordered a second shirt for a 60th present and put on notes his previous shirt he received. When he opened it it was the same one. Emailed them and was told tough that's the way it is as they couldn't see the notes. DO NOT ORDER, awful customer service!!! 😕

Had a problem with my order
Had a problem with my order, had the wrong address. Contacted customer service and within a couple of hours of them opening, one email later all corrected. No stress, no hassle, just a great service. Haven't received my shirts yet but i have had shirts from them before as gifts, they have been top notch authentic shirts. I have no doubt when they do arrive they will also be top notch.

I ordered my First premium box and it arrived very quickly. I really liked the shirt but it did not fit
The exchange process was very quick and efficient. I was not able to get the same shirt, but I was not disappointed with the replacement and it fits fine.
