Had a problem with my order
Had a problem with my order, had the wrong address. Contacted customer service and within a couple of hours of them opening, one email later all corrected. No stress, no hassle, just a great service. Haven't received my shirts yet but i have had shirts from them before as gifts, they have been top notch authentic shirts. I have no doubt when they do arrive they will also be top notch.

Ordered my First premium box
I ordered my First premium box and it arrived very quickly. I really liked the shirt but it did not fit
The exchange process was very quick and efficient. I was not able to get the same shirt, but I was not disappointed with the replacement and it fits fine.
Top quality customer service and communication.

Duplicate shirt despite request to exclude
I specifically said I didn’t want a Spezia shirt, yet they gave me a Spezia shirt. A bit worrying that they can’t even follow requests. Then the customer service has been really poor, just a scripted email response rather than any sort of apology and attempt to rectify the situation. Then they said I could swap the item, but the item I bought is now sold out so I have nothing to actually swap it for.

Could have been 5 stars but...
Only reason I give 4stars is I had ordered the world cup package and did not get any national teams. I did get some really good European teams, Real Madrid, Juventus, and Frankfurt. So that was a huge success and win.
Going to try again and see what I get this time. Love the idea and the whole process.

My First Ever Mystery Box Experience
I've always been unsure of these mystery box companies for football shirts and decided to give Mystery Football a go for the first ever time (and first ever mystery box experience). I ordered 1 x Premium Mystery Shirt and 1 x Mystery shirt + scarf bundle.
I was rather excited to receive my orders and I even forced my Mrs to watch me open them as a returned favour for the countless Shein packages I've seen her open the years. The shirts I got were great! My standard mystery box shirt was for Cruz Azul from Liga MX in Mexico and my Premium Mystery box was the special edition kit for FC Augsburg. Completely over the moon with them. The scarf I received was a specific AC Milan one. I personally wasn't fussed for the design and the material wasn't my favourite. But that's personal preference on the material and nothing to do with the service. It didn't come with a card though to say which team and league it came from like the shirts did so I did need Google to help.
I saw some reviews saying that they received a lot of Mexico league shirts. So we'll see what happens in the next order(s)!
Overall, very pleased with my order. My friends have found it cool and I'm getting one for my brother in law for his birthday. Thanks again and I can't wait to order another one.

Firstly the mystery shirt arrived
Firstly the mystery shirt arrived. I accidentally used a different company last summer and their shirt never arrived and they didn't respond to the emails I sent. Obviously I will be sticking with your company.
Husband wanted obscure, random football shirts and that's exactly what he got so he is thrilled. He is a groundhopper and loves that the shirts are conversation starters.
Finally, the shirts, he says, are v comfortable to wear. I like that they wash well.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Comfortably the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a shirt, aiming to avoid 3 nations leagues (English, Scottish and Saudi) and 4 clubs. I made clear this instruction in their ‘teams to avoid section’ I received my order, and it was a Saudi team. I emailed to try to fix the issue. I was told it was my fault for not naming every team in the English leagues, Scottish leagues and Saudi Leagues. They wanted me to list over 100 teams for this small request. I was constantly told it was my fault, like I was supposed to assume they’d rather I list every team. I tried to return it twice but both returns were ignored. I emailed about this and they told me again it was my fault, as I should have picked ‘other’ for reason for return as opposed to ‘received wrong shirt’ when I clearly received the wrong shirt. There has been no accountability by the team and constantly blaming me. They’re a small team, they should be able to communicate internally about these things. Warehouse ignore the team requests and customer service blame the customer for issues. It was an awful experience and with how many companies offer this service ( many with more customisable choices such as leagues and nations) I would very strongly suggest to shop elsewhere.

We do think there has been a misunderstanding around how the product works. This is a mystery box, so customers should be prepared to receive a wide range of teams. The comment box is titled "Teams to Avoid", and it is intended for specific teams only, mainly to help avoid duplicates or rival clubs.
Requests outside of specific teams, such as avoiding entire countries, continents or regions, are not guaranteed. We explained this several times by email.
Your return requests were not ignored. They were rejected because they were submitted under the incorrect return reason. We explained this and advised you which return reason to select so the return could be processed correctly.
If the shirt isn't suitable or doesn't match your preference, you're welcome to return it in line with our returns policy. However, that doesn't mean the wrong product was sent.

Ordered the Mystery Shirt and asked for no English teams. Got a nice random Saudi team to start my collection. Delivery was quick and the shirt was nicely packaged with an information card about the team. 100% would order again 👍

Extremely bad service and customer…
Extremely bad service and customer service, tried to get a refund on a product, they refused and sent me a non refundable gift card to use on their website tried to use the customer help line takes about 24 hours per each response and even then very vague and unhelpful, will never be using this website again nor recommending it to anyone to use

Having reviewed your case, the item was returned outside of the refund eligibility criteria outlined in our returns policy, which is why a refund to the original payment method was not available. In line with our policy, a store credit was issued instead.
In terms of customer service, our stated response time is up to 2 working days. Looking at the correspondence, it appears your messages were responded to within that timeframe, and in several cases faster than expected.

Most kits were of good quality. We ordered as a group of 6 and 4 of the kits were exactly the same. Not much mystery in that.

Best mystery kit experience I've had
I ordered the UK specific box after being disappointed with a couple rival mystery box services for poor selection and lack of transparency. I asked for for purple if possible and I got an incredibly cool magenta Swansea shirt that is instantly a new favorite in the collection. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
Duty included for US shipping was nice (unlike the surprise charge after purchase from a different service) and shipping from UK to West Coast USA was ~10 days
