Appalling communication. Constantly ignored after order not received on time.

I ordered a few outfits thinking this is a well known brand and lots of bloggers etc recommend there outfits. I’d be very careful ordering. These outfits are the worst quality I have seen the colours have come different to the colour on the site. They then refused to return outfits as there a completely different colour. The quality beading is falling off everywhere I am shocked to have received such a poor quality outfit. In the UK this would never be accepted to send an outfit like this
After trying to speak to them they cut the phone and now don’t answer my call

I oder Eid Dress . It was very nice and prices were reasonable . 2nd time i have oder the dress and i had very nice experience. The quality of their material is very good . In the beginning their delivery was late but now they have improved their service . I received my Eid dress on time .

Very bad service. The employees do not respond to messages at WhatsApp. I received my dress damaged and a month late. They do not honor their agreements and do not compensate the damage. Ridiculous, I don't recommend buying clothes here!!!

Third class Brand who try to show they are expensive . I ordered dress Megan and its not like the pictures at all and size too. I got totally something Else looks like they just took a random color to make the dress very disspointed . And they Are not interested at all to help . I regret so much i could Get something better with that money! Save your money and dont shop here!!!!!

The worst Brand ever do not buy honestly ruined my brothers nikkah

Ordering from this company has been a huge and expensive mistake that has caused me far too much stress!
I ordered in April and I contacted them to ask when the order was likely to be sent as it is for my brothers wedding, their response was you need to pay an extra £55 (on top of the £455 already paid) as I hadn’t paid enough postage despite me paying the amount charged on the website. They also only accept bank transfers which makes it hard to get credit card refunds if they don’t post the goods.
Having paid the extra they then don’t respond to messages asking for updates and send a generic reply of “ok” or “will check” and then never say anything after that. After so much stress with trying (and failing) to get a refund from my bank and no replies from them after multiple messages they eventually posted out my order which has just arrived with 2 outfit dupattas missing (they were supposed to be heavily detailed too so a key part of the outfit) and this leaves me stuck in the same position of having to message them again and probably getting no where and >£500 out of pocket with a couple of weeks left until my brothers wedding
