I recently ordered two suits from Sanaulla Store. Unfortunately, one of the suits arrived with the front piece missing, which was disappointing. I contacted their customer support and initially faced delays in getting through and it took some follow-ups before the issue was addressed.

However, once my complaint was processed, Sanaulla took responsibility and delivered the missing piece. I appreciate that they resolved the matter and completed my order.

While I would recommend improving response times on emails and helpline calls, I’m satisfied that they stood behind their product and fixed the issue. Thank you to the Sanaulla team for resolving my complaint.

I order my outfits from Sanaulla Store, and I always had a great experience. I am so impressed with my recent order! I had custom-stitched 12 outfits.The team was wonderful to communicate with throughout the process, especially Hina, who provided excellent customer service. They followed my exact measurements, and the fit is absolute perfection. The stitching and finishing are extremely neat, and the embellishments look just like the pictures online. Shipping was fast. Highly recommend this shop for custom Pakistani wear and will definitely order again!

Worst experience ever. I would never order from Sanaullah again. It has been nothing but a huge hassle.
First, I ordered from the unstitched collection. After waiting almost a month, I contacted them to ask about my order. That's when they told me some items were missing. Instead of giving me a refund, they only offered store credit.
After almost two weeks of dealing with that, I used the store credit to order from the pret collection. Again, one of the items was removed from my order, and no one informed me. When I contacted them, they asked me to choose another dress. I picked one, but the next day I got an email saying it was out of stock. Then I picked another dress, and that was out of stock too. I ended up picking three different dresses, and every single one was out of stock.
I understand that items can sell out, but why keep showing them as available if they're not? This whole experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and a complete waste of time. I definitely won't be ordering from Sanaullah again.

I’ve been ordering from Sanaulla for a few years now. Overall, the experience has been well. I like how you can get custom stitching and choose your style for the outfit They carry a lot of good brands. I took off 1 star because they got rid of their rewards program. They should bring it back. Customer service is responsive and usually get back to you in a day or two.

The customer service is very good and they ship items out quickly. Only downfall is the cost of delivery, it should be free to the UK if you spend more than £100 or discounted at the very least.

Quality and stitching is always good!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Sanaulla and, more importantly, with how management handled my complaint.

I ordered a customised lawn outfit for Eid ul Adha and paid over $100 including shipping, tailoring, and premium embellishments. I placed the order well in advance because I expected a high-quality outfit from a company with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, what arrived was nothing like what I had paid for.

The tailoring was incorrect, the sleeves were made wrongly, the trousers were not tailored to the measurements provided, the fit was narrower than it should have been, and the premium embellishments I paid extra for were completely different from what was advertised and ordered. To make matters worse, the outfit arrived with loose threads and poor finishing, giving it the appearance of a cheap imitation rather than a premium product.

What frustrates me most is not the mistake itself. Mistakes happen. It is the complete lack of accountability afterwards.

I raised my concerns and provided clear evidence of the issues. I did not ask for a full refund, despite receiving an outfit that I never wore and could not use. Instead, I requested reimbursement of the tailoring costs ($21.67) and the premium embellishment costs (approximately $6), which I felt was a fair and reasonable compromise.

Management reviewed my complaint and decided that they would only offer $16.67, effectively refunding only part of the tailoring cost while refusing to acknowledge the full extent of the mistakes that were made.

I cannot fault their communication. They responded promptly and remained polite throughout. However, good communication means very little when a company refuses to take responsibility for errors that are clearly their own.

The most disappointing part is that at no point did they simply say, "Yes, we got this wrong." Instead, every issue was minimised and only partially compensated. For a company that prides itself on quality and customer service, this response was genuinely shocking.

Had this purchase been made from a UK retailer, I would have been seeking a full refund because the outfit was not fit for purpose and was never worn. Instead, I tried to be reasonable and only requested reimbursement for the tailoring and embellishment services that were carried out incorrectly. Even that was refused.

I ordered this outfit excited to wear it for Eid. Instead, I was left with disappointment, frustration, and a garment that did not meet the standard promised.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing tailored lawn outfits from Sanaulla to think carefully before doing so.

I order while in the US as well when I’m traveling to Karachi, Pakistan. I placed my first order in 2019 and I’ve been ordering since then. Almost twice a year I order regular dresses, Eid outfits, I even ordered dresses for my sisters during my wedding. Each time the customer service team has been extremely respectful, diligent, reliable and just overall go above and beyond for me. This is not common for big Pakistani brands and companies, esp with the way they treat overseas customers, so I feel very lucky and proud that Sanaualla store is able to do this so well. The dresses are authentic from the brands, the tailoring is extremely well done, the process to place an order is easy and straightforward and the communication from their team is very consistent. I hope they continue to have their awesome customer service and I will continue to buy from them.
