What a worst experience at Mysie. Not even worth one star. On the top of all, unprofessional and abusive staff

Liars and typical Desi scam artists unfortunately. When you ask for updates they completely ignore your messages and calls, tell you lies that the outfit is finished when they haven't even started making them. Ordered 2x outfits and both experiences were horrible. One arrived 2 days before the even and size was completely wrong so had to pay a lot for last minute alterations. 2nd outfit they finished making it 1 week after the event had passed and wasn't tailored to size at all was just a generic outfit sent. They lied saying it was finished just so I'd send the payment but wouldn't send photos of it.

Avoid at all costs, these guys need to learn a lesson! I paid nearly £2,000 for them only to be treated like an idiot. Just to clarify I ordered these 4 months before the event and was told I'd have them within 2.5 months.

I ordered my Nikkah outfit from Mysie by Tahira in January 2024, paying for international delivery with the expectation that it would arrive by 28th March 2024. However, I received no communication from them at all. By mid-March, I started reaching out via email and WhatsApp, but they ignored my messages. In an attempt to get a response, I had family in Pakistan contact them, and finally, they informed us that the outfit I ordered was no longer in production.

When I requested a refund, they refused and insisted I choose something else instead. Considering my Nikkah was less than a month away and they had failed to update me, I felt I had no choice but to choose a different outfit from another source to avoid any further delays. I did not want to risk placing another order with them after this experience.

For about three months, I had to call them every day just to get a refund. Eventually, I was refunded, but the entire process was extremely frustrating and stressful. Mysie by Tahira's lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and refusal to take responsibility caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a joyous time.

I would not recommend Mysie by Tahira to anyone. Their poor customer service and deceitful behavior were completely unacceptable.

Terrible customer service and horrible quality of fabric. The outfit looks nothing like the picture that was shown on the website. I would NOT recommend this brand to anyone! Please save your money and do not buy from here.

Worst designer shop ever!!! I wish I could not give any star.
They promise you to give you a refund and never give you. They delayed my order and when I asked for refund they never gave me my order or my refund. They owe me a lot of money and its been 9 months now. Not replying to any calls or messages. Never shop with them.

First time ordering from them as I have previously ordered from Pakistani designers and I’ve had so many issues and was in two minds ordering from here !! But these guys did not disappoint! Honestly couldn’t ask for better customer service. The lady (Sawera) who was dealing with my order was so polite and kept me updated about my order!! I would definitely recommend these guys!!

I have got a beautiful dress from Mysie.
Same as model picture. Great quality. Perfect stitching according to measurements. Staff is very helpful and cooperative. Staff is always available to answer.
Definitely will order next time.

okay but i am amazed with mysie! i was quite skeptical ordering from them because of their bad reviews especially regarding their customer service all across Tiktok and here. I still took a risk and gave it a try. I must say, their customer service team was very well mannered and responded to me everytime i had a question, and also shared pictures with me throughout the process to confirm everything. I got my package right on time (pro tip: just make sure you dont give them the exact date of your event and order a bit in advance so you can alter anything if needed). I had given custom measurements and had to ask for back lining, they did each and everything exactly how i asked :)

I ordered a dress from mysie but this was not like the original (the colours and work slightly different) but they accepted this and corrected the dress straight away and gave me extra lining as good will. I had to only wait a further week for delivery which was fine for me. I am SO pleased with how beautiful this dress came. The detail and attention was put in with lots of effort. BIG Thank you to their team who helped me with this. I will order again!

Mysie helped me take my own measurements and the dresses fit on me perfectly. My dresses were delivered before the wedding as promised. The quality was impeccable - the material and beading was top quality/ out of this world!!! Ordering my wedding dress from Mysie was the biggest risk, yet best decision I had ever made!!!

I will definitely be ordering from Mysie in future. :-)

10/10 asked for my outfit to be here before October and they delivered it on time couldn’t thank you enough

Satisfied with the design and quality however i am rating them 4 because they don't have proper customer support. they don't reply to msgs which made me skeptical of their business but eventually they did respond and sent my dress in time.

I’ve recently purchased 2 outfits from mysiebytahira and I can say the service is absolutely terrible, they promise you things that they definitely cannot keep, they told me the outfits would be ready by the 2nd of August but could push it forward as I stated I was unsure if I should make the purchase given the wedding is on the 4th of August, she then went on to say we can push it forward for it to be delivered between the 25th to the 30th of July. IT HAD NOT COME FOR THOSE GIVEN TIMES!! I had repeatedly been texting the customer number with READ AND OPENED messages but NO ANSWER, I have been messaging them for 3 days asking when it will be delivered and if it will be delivered for the 2nd, however they were unanswered messages. I paid £400 GBP which is not a bit of money, they are absolutely terrible with customer service and I would not recommend as it has left us 3 days to find a new outfit for my sisters wedding!!

It pains me to even give this scamming company one star. I ordered an outfit for my mum, to wear on my sister’s wedding, for delivery to UK, with plenty notice. We were shockingly sent completely mismatched items to what we ordered! The difference in the embroidery online on the model, and the one they sent us was night and day! The entire outfit and kameez had gold embroidery as seen and ordered, but what they sent - the heavily embroidered scarf was completely wrong and embroidered in silver and the bottoms were also completely mismatched and not as seen in pictures, also made out of different cheap fabrics. We sent them screenshots of their own models and what they had sent us in comparison. They completely ignored all message and calls, as they knew they were totally at fault. The outfit was not cheap, it cost £600 plus shipping. We were left out of pocket, with no resolution, customer service team who completely ignored the situation as they knew we couldn’t do anything sitting in the UK. She had no choice in the end but to wear a mismatched outfit on her daughter’s wedding. Poor excuse of a company. You are scamming people overseas. This company should be shut down. Allah is watching you - you will be answerable to all the wrong you are doing. This is just one story, from our first hand experience. But since then, we’ve heard many more. Shame on you Mysie. Please avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding from Mysie in Pakistan. I visited the store for my measurements and, being from the UK, they sent me photos and measurements before shipping the dress when it was ready. Everything seemed fine initially, but when the dress arrived, the sizing was completely off—it was way too big.

I reached out to them with my concerns, but they denied any mistake, insisting the sizing was correct despite my clear evidence showing otherwise. They were unhelpful, rude, and completely unprofessional, ruining a very important occasion for me. They ignored my messages when I tried to complain further and refused to accept any responsibility.

Avoid this place at all costs. You'll waste your money and be left disappointed and sad.

Fraud company, We ordered 5 dresses received very late just 2 days before the wedding, they make promise once they receive the money they don’t reply back
All needed alteration as measurements we gave were not the same had to pay extra to get them altered in a day. Wasn’t how we expected
2 of them was completely different size we were left without 2 outfits for my daughter’s wedding, they don’t reply back once they have there money that don’t care
