Wielen gekocht online via bol.com. Bleken deze toch niet te passen en zijn zelfde dag nog teruggestuurd geweest. De zending is daar blijkbaar geweigerd geweest. Wat de reden ook mag zijn?? Nu worden deze opnieuw terug naar ons verstuurd. Zo blijven we bezig en ondertussen kunnen we fluiten naar onze centen.
Retour gaat verkeerd, niet-terugbetaling van onbeschadigde robotmaaier
Met verbazing heb ik bericht ontvangen van My Robot Center waarin ze stellen dat de robotmaaier die ik heb geretourneerd schade vertoont. Dit is opmerkelijk, omdat de maaier in dezelfde staat is teruggestuurd als waarin ik deze heb ontvangen. De zogenaamde schade bestaat uit natuurlijke gebruikssporen zoals grasresten, die gemakkelijk te verwijderen zijn. Het gebruik van de grensdraad is noodzakelijk voor de werking van het apparaat, en het is onredelijk om dit als schade aan te merken.
De bewering dat de draadpennen missen en dat de maaier significant gebruikt is, is niet in lijn met de realiteit. Deze accessoires zijn onderhevig aan normale slijtage en de kosten voor vervanging zijn minimaal. Het lijkt erop dat My Robot Center onrealistische verwachtingen hanteert over de staat van retourzendingen, wat niet strookt met de consumentenwet. Deze wet staat duidelijk toe dat producten binnen de zichttermijn gebruikt mogen worden om te testen, net zoals dat in een fysieke winkel zou gebeuren.
De handelswijze van My Robot Center roept vragen op over hun begrip van consumentenrechten en hun klantenservice. Het gebrek aan flexibiliteit en klantgerichtheid in deze situatie is teleurstellend. Ik zou andere consumenten willen aanraden om bedachtzaam te zijn bij het overwegen van een aankoop bij deze partner van bol.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY Bought a Roborock devise just over a year ago which came with a 2-year statutory legal guarantee and My Robot Centre's extended 3 year warranty. The devise has recently developed a fault and I've been told by this Company (after several emails later and an attempt, illegally, to get me to pay nearly £154 in shipping costs to get it fixed) that they have gone into self-administration so cannot honour the guarantee. Roborock the manufacturer have told me that the guarantee is the responsibility of the seller so will not help. Hundreds of pounds out of pocket now. This Company are still selling products, how is this allow to happen?

j'ai acheté un robot tondeuse le 14/03/2022, je devais le recevoir le 31/03/22. Sans nouvelles de leur part j'écrie alors un courriel le 05/04/22 et ils me répondent :
" Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas encore de nouvelles concernant la date de livraison, car la marchandise n'a malheureusement pas été livrée comme prévu.
Nous avons déjà demandé la date de livraison et attendons maintenant les informations.
Nous vous présentons nos excuses les plus sincères pour le retard occasionné."
Puis je reçois un nouveau courriel le 31/05 m'indiquant :
"Nous avons le regret de vous informer par ce courrier que nous avons dû déposer à la date le 9 mai 2022 une demande d'ouverture d'une procédure de redressement avec gestion propre auprès du tribunal régional de Feldkirch, conformément au §169 IO."
Après des démarches auprès de ma banque restées infructueuses, je me suis alors rapproché de Paypal qui m'indique que le délai de 180 jours est dépassé et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Après diverses relance ils m'envoient le courriel suivant qui me redonne espoir :
"Vous pouvez tout de même ouvrir un dossier de litige mais celui-ci se fermera automatiquement. Il restera toutefois enregistré sur le compte du vendeur pour référence future. Si nous recevons plusieurs plaintes à son encontre, nous nous réservons le droit de rouvrir le dossier pendant une période 180 jours. Nous vous informerons par email si tel est le cas."
Après avoir pris connaissance des avis sur votre site ainsi que sur FACEBOOK, je les ai relancé par 2 fois les 26/09 et 04/10 mais sans réponses de leur part.
Avec le nombre de réclamation envers Myrobotceneter et via paiement Paypal, je trouve inadmissible que Paypal ne prenne pas en charge les remboursements, notamment après le courriel qu'ils m'ont fait parvenir.
J'ai vraiment besoin de récupérer mes fonds, si quelqu'un avait une idée, je suis preneur.

Avoid at all costs
My YardForce robot mower starting developing faults. myRobotcenter refused to help me and referred me to the manufacturer who have been no help either. Luckily I paid with PayPal so was able to get a refund.
Avoid this company, they seem to swap websites when things go bad and have no problem breaking consumer law.

It is almost 6 months since I am waiting for my order from Feb 2022. I got a lousy excuse in answer to my ticket 2 months ago that their vendor has not fulfilled their obligations while I see deviced on amazon with prime delivery for the same price.
In the meanwhile I have received even more scam looking email that myrobotcenter.eu have bankrupted and I need to provide my personal data to a 3rd party to seek for my money back while their German site is fully operational and still selling the same item that I have ordered.
Absolute scammers and disgrace. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them!

My recommendation is don't buy from them. I bought a vacuum last year from them. It took months to deliver and when it arrived it was the wrong colour. I have used it for about 10 months and now the charger has stopped working. I contacted the company to get a replacement. First they told me that I needed to contact the manufacturer which is wrong because my contract is with the robot center not the manufacturer. When I challenged them they told me that they had solvency issues and are now going through a court restructuring. They told me that I need to make a formal claim through that process. But I don't have a claim as such, I just want a replacement charger and - if they are still trading thought he court restructure, they can liaise with the manufacturer and get me one. I have asked them to send me details of the consumer authority that they answer to so I can make a formal complaint but they have not responded and appear to be ignoring my emails. I
LOST NEATO Vacuum robot
As advised by MyRobotcentre uk my neato was sent to Austria for repair at the end of April as part of the 5 year guarantee. I have heard nothing since and emails are being closed with no reply. I have now no robot and no one will answer my emails. I believe they have gone bust reading other comments. I feel they knew this when I was advised to return it for repair. Disgraceful.
Pre-ordered a Worx mower in January
Pre-ordered a Worx mower in January, due for delivery in February. Never arrived, no notifications about the delay. When I emailed they blamed the manufacturer. After I sent another email they told me they had gone into liquidation. Thankfully PayPal are issuing a refund.

This company is banktrupt. We ordered in january and nobody is there, no deliveries, phone is answering machine we are closed or we are all in training.
Either scam or realy bad business model
Bought Landroid L1000 2022 as pre-order on 28th January 2022 and payed full price for it (my mistake). After several “no new information” messages received answer that 10.05 is the latest date I will receive my purchase. Mentioned date came and on the email why it still hasn’t arrived I recieved email they are basically bancrupt.
My personal opinion is that I would stay away from large sum purchase on mentioned site and would look quickly away from pre-orders.
Took my money for a preorder
Took my money for a preorder, constantly changed the delivery date and have now sent a email about restructuring through regional courts etc. I have lost my money and have no product. Disgraceful treatment of customers that had pre ordered in good faith. Dishonest, misleading and criminal.

Ordered a robot lawnmower in Feb 2022, no sign of it 8 weeks later, canceled my order after all broken promises of more stock after April 11th, but just more broken promises. They should not be able to take peoples money and not deliver a product for months or not at all. AVOID
This site appears to be a scam.
This site appears to be a type of scam they take an order for an item they don't have then tell you the supplier is having issues. They charged me for the item after having cancelled my order when I complained. I am reporting them to my bank and PayPal for these actions.
Great prices at a very high cost
This online store has competitive prices and delivers quickly, but the advertised 3 years extended warranty are totally fake.
Do not base your purchase option on this last fact or you will be cheated as I was.
Fair weather company
Very bad experience.
Bought a robot vacuum cleaner for 409 Euros. It did not connect to the wifi and could not be remotely controlled.
I contacted the support of the robot who explained how to suggested few trouble shooting tricks and also suggest to perform the factory reset. Nothing worked and I suspect the robot was faulty.
Contacted myRobotCenter customer service and they agree for me to return the robot. No replacement returning label provided (I had to spend 30 Euros for the return), no replacement sent but a partial refund of 399 Euros.
My question to them is very simple.
What is it the 5 years extended warranty that I bought with the vacuum cleaner? I suspect a joke.
A month after my original purchase, I have no vacuum cleaner and I am short of 40Euros.
To be fair I used this company in the past and was satisfied as the product ordered was working and I reckon many people share the same experience.
However when things don't work they are useless.
Amazon customer service is a dream compared to these guys.

Far to complicated to buy a (rather expensive) product from myRobotcenter. I have never experienced something like this.
I had to change the first product I received; it was defect. I therefore decided to buy a newer model window cleaner (Hobot), but no way it was possible just to swob the product and me paying the extra costs. I returned the defect product and ordered the newer model. I now had payed for two products and when I via mail asked for the refund, myRobotcenter had not received the defect product; another department had already confirmed, that the defect Hobot had been received.
All in all I think I have written not less than 50 e-mails, spent hours and most frustrating - I feel I am communicating with a computer; a lot of standard replies - I feel. I have now after a far to long period of time received a refund of the defect product, but never for the costs of returning the defect product (DKr. 150) even though I was promised a refund. I also communicated with trusted Shops as well, but once again - my defect product had not been received. Appalling experience!!!
Now I have given up and I do not want to spend one minute more on this ridiculous case. I can not recommend myRobotcenter at all (and Trusted Shops as well). Their services are non existing.
