You should, allow to put a phone number other than a polish one.
Or if not remove phone number from the mandatory requirements to order.

The shoping expireience was great
The shoping expireience was great , and very informative but the payment was horrible as there should have more options catering the polish community such as blik , this is the only reason for a 4 star otherwise it was a definite 5 star

Po pierwsze moje zamówienie przyszło…
Po pierwsze moje zamówienie przyszło niepełne. Zamówienie składałam jako gość nie posiadając konta, dobrze że miałam potwierdzenie płatności na koncie razem z kwotą bo bardzo ciężko było mi się dogadać z obsługą klienta co tak naprawdę stało się z resztą mojego zamówienia. Po tygodniu udało się ustalić że po prostu nie zostało wysłane, a z uwagi na to że była to wyprzedaż to nie ma już tych rzeczy na stanie. No mimo, że rzeczy są okej To kontakt był naprawdę tragiczny… Ostatecznie czekam na swoją drugą partię zamówienia już trzeci tydzień, ale mam już informację, że jego część nie zostanie zrealizowane ze względu na braki Magazynowy. No porażka. Mogliście chociaż zaproponować jakiś rabat albo wysłanie innych leginsów w zamian, bardzo słabe podejście do klienta

I’m praying for a refund…
Love the products but absolutely hate the service. I live in Poland, love it and would never insist on English, but as the website already exists in English, how about giving that option? Anyway, through having to translate every line of entering my address (website translate doesn’t work on the delivery page) I made a mistake with my address.
Customer service response pretty much came down to…We have your money, your order is now your problem. Luckily after hours, I found someone who attempted to contact delivery to try and stop the order from going out, but she couldn’t tell me if that worked. My only hope is that the person at the address where my package is heading, return it. Yes people, it’s 2024 but we cannot change an address on an order. Amazon for all it’s flaws, at least doesn’t depend on fate for refunds.
This is a pity because I like some of MyProteins’ products, but I’ll never order from them again. If you do take that chance…just triple check your address…

Good products but very poor customer service
the products are really good but the sales campaigns are not clear and misleading. Also the seller does not provide the invoices - keep asking and keep getting stupid answers.
