After I did not need the service any longer and wanted to cancel, it took a phone call to get it done. I did the on line cancel request twice. The second time asking for a confirmation back that my request was received but to no avail. I paid for two months more than I should have. While I would probably use the service again, you need to do better in that aspect.

I strongly regret subscribing to My Perfect Resume.
I purchased a subscription and cancelled it on the very same day, based on the cancellation terms provided by the company. Despite cancelling immediately, I was later charged for three additional months at the full price.
I contacted customer service repeatedly and clearly explained the situation, requesting a refund for the three months I was charged after cancelling. Instead of taking responsibility and resolving the issue fairly, my refund request was simply denied.
What is most frustrating is that the company’s actions do not appear to match what I understood to be their cancellation and refund policies. If a customer cancels according to the stated policy, the company should honor those terms rather than continue charging the customer and then refuse to correct the charges.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing customer service experience. I expected a company that provides professional resume services to also demonstrate professionalism and transparency when it comes to billing and cancellations.
I would strongly caution anyone considering a subscription to read the cancellation and billing terms very carefully and monitor their charges closely. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I was in contact with My Perfect Resume regarding this issue. I contacted them three separate times requesting a refund for the three additional months I was charged, but each time my request was denied.
I have attached my first email to them, where I explained the situation and requested the refund. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to resolve this directly with the company, they refused to refund the three charges.
