There were issues technical issues with the program that kept putting spaces in and values that it shouldn’t have, and it kept mixing up the order of experience. I had to call back on numerous occasions and was met with extremely helpful people who took their time to fix it, so it was a good experience, even though it was rather tedious because of the problems that we were having.

Scam.
You build a CV, and are then asked to pay to download and use it. It's framed as a one-time payment to give you access to the full version for 2 weeks. In my opinion, it is not made clear enough that after this 2 week period you will be charged another £21 ($28) a month. I was also charged another £1 after cancelling my subscription and I still have no idea why this money was taken from me. I have been told by the team that they don't have a cancellation fee, yet my bank statement says money was taken from me and I have no idea why. Several people have brought up the concern of the unclear subscription model, yet it doesn't seem that anything has been done about it. Furthermore, after downloading the CV that I paid for the formatting was completely wrong and it was therefore useless to me. The main issue was that the CV it gave me was longer than a page, which isn't standard for employers and the only way to fix it was to decrease the font to an unreadable size.
It feels extra scummy since the majority of people using the service are job hunters that can't afford to blow off £20. The entire business model hinges on the desperation of struggling people trying to navigate the absolutely abysmal job market we've been subjected to, and I think it's disgusting and unfair.
I'd also like to mention their absolutely horrific customer service. I contacted the customer service team several times and was continuously lied to about my issues being resolved. I was told my account was closed, yet when I opened the website my account was still there. I was told I was removed from the mailing list, yet I kept receiving emails. I don’t believe I ever spoke to an actual human being throughout the process despite the fact that I contacted them three times. It seems as though they have some AI system that processes your request and automates a response. There were too many inconsistencies between my requests and the responses I got. I asked to be removed from the mailing list and they said they’d completely closed my account instead? It was very strange. If the issues I had were caused by actual human error it would honestly be fine, I just don’t believe they were.
I truly do wonder what "service" these people are offering that is worth your money. Its a bullshit excuse to charge you a monthly fee and scam you out of your money. All you do is write a CV. Sure it scores the CV you create and gives you areas to improve, but frankly you could use anything other AI service like ChatGPT or Gemini to do the exact same thing. The fact that they have the gall to charge so much money for such a simple tool is shameful.
I'm not quite sure how this service has so many positive reviews considering how unhelpful the tool itself is, alongside the abhorrent customer service. All the reviews are vague and simple so perhaps they're bots or something.
A scummy excuse for a service honestly. Don’t give them your money.
