With reasonable knowledge and research before speaking to My Pension Expert, they were still able to introduce a new possibility for dealing with my pension funds that I hadn't considered and I have found to be very acceptable with consideration for my opinion of appropriate risk and reward. They also dealt with subsequent phone enquiries with refreshing promptness, with little or no queueing and passing on that is so commonplace.
