I’m really impressed with the customer…
I’m really impressed with the customer service from Organic Apps. I had subscribed to the app but unfortunately didn’t end up using it and completely forgot to cancel my subscription, so I was charged.
I contacted them to request a refund. Their usual policy only allows for about a 50% refund, but after I explained my situation and why I needed a full refund, they kindly made an exception and issued me a full refund.
I really appreciate them taking the time to listen and understand my circumstances rather than simply sticking to their policy. It’s not often you come across a company willing to make an exception and genuinely help their customers.
Thank you for your understanding and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them!

Update: I received a very prompt assistance from the Organic Apps team. I have been advised that I am getting a full refund and that they have reviewed, located, and successfully cancelled my subscription. Really appreciate the swift turn around. Still waiting for the funds to get back to my account but this gesture is greatly appreciated.

I am being charged repeatedly for an app associated with this company, and I have no idea how this is still happening. It's frustrating that I only caught it today cause I had to do something in my account. I was charged $120+ today, $100+ last month, and another $30+ charge before that - with zero explanation or notice.
I can't even identify which company or app this is tied to, as there's no record of it anywhere in my inbox. The only thing I can recall is trialling an app a while back, and at the time, the cancellation process was made deliberately difficult to find. I genuinely believed I had successfully cancelled.
To be charged multiple times, months later, for something I thought I'd cancelled - with no confirmation emails, no receipts, and no way to trace who's billing me - is completely unacceptable. This feels like an intentional design to make cancellation confusing so charges can continue unnoticed.
I am requesting a full refund for all charges. This experience has been disappointing and frustrating.

I thought I’d done a one off payment…
I thought I’d done a one off payment for a product, I even checked with them and they confirmed I hadn’t subscribed.
Today they took another £30 odd pounds out of my account. I called my bank and they have blocked them but this is disgraceful, and fraudulent. I want them to contact me and refund my money. I cannot afford a £30 subscription a month. They had better get back to me or I am going to hit them with every negative review on every site possible. Disgusting behaviour by. Company. I am so angry 😡

I'm only giving 1 star because it wont let me give a 0. I have NEVER heard of this app, but they keep trying to take money from me for a subscription. When I tried contacting them, guess what? You can't, they give you an AI chat bot and then when you request a person. It's going to take maybe up to 2 day for a reply. This is unacceptable

DO NOT Download scam they have taken £445.41 out of my account since last year yet it says I have no subscription in the app I have contacted them about this yet still able to take money!!! I can’t stop them at my bank account please give the money back and stop further payments. I have evidence of this and will go to court to get my money back .

I chose this program because i have severe ferrum deficiency for 2 years( hemoragies) and I can't do normal workouts because I get tired very fast so I thought maybe I can do this. I was happy to see I choose right and I actually can do all the daily exercises and I also feel them working on my joints and muscles. It's awesome!

Même souci que beaucoup : un prélèvement de 34,99 qui se présente sur mon compte : je n'ai pas l'appli et dans "gérer mes abonnements" elle n'apparaît pas non plus donc je ne comprends pas à quoi ça correspond. Demande de remboursement / annulation faite par mail ce jour. A suivre
MAJ du 24/07 : rajout de 3 étoiles pour leur service client : très réactif, j’ai reçu un remboursement total le lendemain avec un mail d’excuses. C’est tout à leur honneur !
