Tai Chi Walking - Organic App
The excersises are enjoyable, easy and deliver gentle progression towards improved strength, balance, steadiness, confidence, fitness and flow of movement. The softness of the exercises assured me that I am safe to do them without fear of injury and the energising aspect of the exercises boosted every day that I did them. I'm glad that I signed up for this package and I now wish I had signed up for longer than 12 weeks for greater benefit.

The exercises are all keyed to my problem areas. I have only been using this app for three days and I have already lost 3lbs I can’t wait to see the results after my 28 day challenge! I am over 40 with joint pain and stiffness but these exercises are low impact and don’t cause any discomfort.

Avoid as this is a con.
Avoid as this is a con.
Cancelled last year and yet charged me this year saying it was not cancelled which is a lie as I did it via live chat and it was confirmed.
App stops working, logging in issues.
I have requested money back through my bank.
Read the reviews as all the bad reviews state the same issues.
The only reason they have now replied and sorted this matter is because I gave a bad review up until the bad review, the issue remained unresolved.

Hello, Tina!
We're sorry that this situation has left you with such a negative impression.
We would like to clarify that we began reviewing and responding to your refund and cancellation request directly through our support channel before your review was posted.
We have carefully reviewed the subscription history and the previous cancellation you mentioned. We have also contacted you privately with further details and offered to investigate any additional information you may have regarding the cancellation you mentioned.
Nevertheless, we wanted to resolve the matter for you. Your subscription has been fully canceled, and both subscription payments processed in 2026 have now been fully refunded. There will be no further charges.
