Organic Apps Inc Arvostelua 

Mi experiencia con MyOrganicFitness ha sido pésima. Cancelé mi suscripción en enero a través de la misma aplicación con la que la contraté y, aun así, han seguido cobrándome la cuota durante seis meses más.

Me han cobrado indebidamente un total de 240 €, a pesar de que la baja se realizó correctamente y dentro del plazo. Lo más indignante es que, después de reclamar, únicamente me ofrecen devolverme 36 €, cuando el resto de los cobros son igualmente indebidos.

Me siento totalmente engañada. Recomiendo a cualquiera que revise cuidadosamente sus movimientos bancarios si ha tenido una suscripción con esta empresa. En mi caso, la gestión ha sido inaceptable y la atención al cliente no ha solucionado un problema que ellos mismos han provocado.

This company has tried to charge me a subscription charge for the last 3 days, luckily my bank has stopped the charge every time. They tried to take it from my credit card via Apple Pay but I have no subscription to this app, nothing shows on my iPhone in the subscriptions section (even the cancelled section). The email address to contact the company doesn’t work either. My banks fraud team are now on the case, but I’d like to know how a company can hold your details and try to charge you when you have no subscription to them?!?!

I received a notice for payment, but I never subscribe for this, I wrote to them telling that this is a scam and they offer my tocancel my subscription that I did not make, thay had my cc number on file and I do not know how they got it.

Non sono una persona sportiva, ma volevo da tempo mettermi in forma avevo provato altre app con esercizi diversi e più intensi. Ma ieri ho provato questa app, é davvero tutt’altro, é stato persino rilassante fare gli esercizi con la musica che ti accompagna, la voce è il video che ti guida … davvero credo che sia la svolta per me perché forse ho trovato l’app che davvero potrà aiutarmi a rimettermi in forma. I took out a one month trial which would then default to a rolling subscription, I cancelled the subscription two days in so I wouldn’t be charged further payments.

Since 5 July they have made 3 attempts to take payments from my account for a subscription that I cancelled weeks ago.

I emailed them on 5th and still one week later, whilst having received an automated acknowledgment, they have failed to respond to my email and instead keep trying to take funds that are not owed to them.

I took this subscription out using an account that I keep little money in specifically for online purchases in case this happens as have been here before with unscrupulous trades.

As for the product, it is AI generated and mediocre.

"I was charged after 3 months £52 without any notification, I signed up for the 12 weeks still never trial and paid a small amount, Never used the app and forgot about it but was NEVER informed that the app will take money from my account , getting through to anyone in their customer service is an absolute joke, that money is for a bill that will go into arrears if not paid and was money that was accounted for,

I need customer service to reach out to me ASAP and this is probably the only way to get their attention, I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews but this app is operating quite dodgy "

you need to let people have the option rather they want to pay for their monthly fee or not yall just took $40 off my card and you guys don’t have a customer service telephone number you guys need to get this resolved as soon as possible i have kids to feed and yall just took my last WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Awful, After trying the Apps free trial the company, without sending a notification, took the subscription charges twice and there is no way to contact to request a refund. I just need to cancel the subscription and get the refund.

It's worth giving a go. Just 9 days into it , I feel so much different. I have dropped about 2kilo and feel lighter when carrying myself.

According to their AI chat, I would be put through to a customer adviser, when I requested a refund, as I did not want the subscription, this wasn’t followed through. I have tried to email them and this bounces back.
The same evening they took a second transaction and with a charge
When you try to cancel the subscription the unsubscribe link isn’t active!
Trying to communicate with some one is still ongoing!
Awful customer service if there is any!

Update: i got the full refund. After my comment i got an immediate answer by them!

I asked for refund through the app and via email but i did not get any response. I believe this is SCAM. U never use the app! Also when i try to unsubscribe it seems that i cannot

I absolutely do not recommend downloading the app. Customer service is only available by email and they responded to me after a week. I paid for a six-week program but neither when subscribing nor when downloading the application did they indicate that they would be charged a monthly fee. I tried to cancel the subscription in the app but I did not have a live subscription. I tried on the web interface but I did not have a subscription there either. I thought everything was fine until they tried to deduct €45 from my account. This amount was not previously indicated anywhere and I did not agree to it. I could only write them an email about my problem because the phone does not even ring. If someone does not want a headache for themselves due to unresolved problems, it is better not to download it and pay for a subscription.

UPDATE:
Few hours after I posted my review I have finally received answer to my emails and I will receive refund.
For that I'm happy and thankful to the company but as I wrote before a genuine free trial would be a far more honest and effective way to attract users.

SCAM! clicked on an Facebook advert claiming the Asian Pilates app was free, but it wasn’t - not even one workout. This is false advertising, which is frustrating and undermines trust. A genuine free trial would be a far more honest and effective way to attract users. I am trying to contact the company on chat and emails info and support from June 9th and all I receive are automated answers. I would like an answer and refund.

TOTAL SCAM! Do not use this company as they will steal your money. TOTAL SCAM!

Organic Apps took £14.32 from my bank account in March unprompted and then took another £52.26 in June, again unprompted. I know nothing about Organic Apps and have never applied for a subscription to whatever service they offer. Will they refund these sums and cease to charge my account in the future?

These people are scammers, I never subscribe to them and they managed to charge me using a debit card that was in the post (i.e. I didn't even have the physical new card with me). They charged me first £14 and after three months they charged me £52... massive scammers!!

DO NOT GET SUCCERED INTO THIS SCAM! They charge in USD, start small and then continue charging you, without notification, and the price increases 4 times! “Help” email is AI-generated so it goes in circles and does not “help”. DO NOT SIGN UP-find free content on YouTube.

Grande arnaque !!!! Je ne vous ai jamais autorisé à me prélever la somme de 39,90 $ !!!
Je vais faire opposition ce jour auprès de ma banque et je vous demande de me rembourser immédiatement cette somme et de ne plus jamais représenter de débit sur mon compte Paypal sinon je me retournerai contre vous pour ces pratiques frauduleuses !

MAJ Avis au 18/06/26: Remboursement effectué en effet, mais je maintiens que vos pratiques sont trompeuses, soyez clairs sur votre appli !

Ich habe das Abonnement am 25.06.2026 abgeschlossen und noch am selben Tag per E-Mail widerrufen.

Der Widerruf erfolgte somit eindeutig innerhalb der gesetzlichen Widerrufsfrist.
Trotzdem wurde mir nicht die vollständige Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrages von 16,99 € angeboten. Stattdessen erhielt ich heute die Mitteilung, dass mein Abonnement zwar gekündigt wurde, man mir jedoch lediglich eine Teilrückerstattung von 9 USD gewähren wolle.

Aus meiner Sicht ist dies kein kundenfreundlicher Umgang mit einem fristgerecht erklärten Widerruf. Zudem wurde nicht zwischen einer Kündigung und einem Widerruf unterschieden, obwohl dies rechtlich unterschiedliche Sachverhalte sind.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht über die Abwicklung und kann den Service aufgrund meiner Erfahrung derzeit nicht empfehlen. Ich hoffe, dass das Unternehmen den Vorgang noch korrigiert und die vollständige Rückerstattung veranlasst.
