Customer service 1st class
I subscribed to this service and after the special offer period I was charged the full price.
I wasn’t able to cancel this myself and when payment was charged to my bank account I used the name to on the account to find the website.
After contacting them immediately by chat, I explained the situation and was given a full refund within minutes which went straight into my bank account.
I was very happy with how they dealt with my query and the outcome.
It’s nice to know that there are some companies out there who don’t try to rip you off.

It is great app with great customer service
It is great app with very thought out and tailored workouts for target areas and time management!
Was very excited for this app but could not use it to its full potential due to schedule. Had to cancel the subscription in the end as 3 months has passed and was notified that a new subscription charge was taking place. I contacted them that day and they had very kindly issued back refund despite having a 24 hour minimum notice period.
I would have been happy to stay and pay the subscription if I could use the app to its potential!
