Excellent range of dates and times to message with or video call with the therapist you choose - you can fit it in around your working / family life far easier than other ways of accessing therapy. The app itself is well-built, and intuitive-to-navigate.

Quick service. Fast response and I got a counsellor within 24 hours which was absolutely brilliant. My counsellor was fantastic. She is so great and listening and I came away from the session excited for our next one. My only negative is that it is expensive for a 30 minute session. I have done one hour private sessions before for the same price as a 30 minute one. Other than the price it’s a brilliant service and has helped me during isolation especially.

I had an amazing experience with MyOnlineTherapy. From the first session, I was very confortable to talk to Dr Emmanuella Grima, she really helped me to deal with my bipolar disorder and obsessive thoughts. After every session, I feel more energetic and hopeful. The customer service is also great and reliable.

I love the app and how easy it is to find the best therapist, the questions also lead you to the type of therapist that may be most beneficial for you. I like that you can message your therapist within the app which makes it even more confidential and that the app has the function to operate entirely within itself so no need to use any other technology for the video calls or for the messaging therapies.

Absolutely great online therapy. I have only had 2 sessions so far but already been taught more than I did in a year of therapy before! Therapists are so lovely & friendly and make you feel completely at ease.
