I’ve only had one session but I felt it was extremely helpful and an easy to use platform. I live in the US and have been struggling to find teletherapy that offers a platform that’s so easy to use. I wish there was an option to change the price to USD that way people like me don’t have to go through the extra trouble of converting the amount to find out exactly how much we’re paying. But all in all it’s a great, easy to use service and I look forward to my next session.

I was nervous to begin therapy but the videos that are available to talk about what is going to happen, and how they decide on your therapist really helped.
I would recommend my therapist made me feel at ease in our first session and I was able to talk open and honestly about my issues.

The app is so easy to use and booking appointments is very straightforward. Able to book appointments quickly and to my schedule. A lot of useful guidance within the app too.

I struggle with generalised anxiety…
I struggle with generalised anxiety disorder. I’ve been suffering a lot and I was looking online for ages for a therapy provider with reputable therapists who fitted my criteria and could provide therapy by video to reflect the difficulties encountered by lockdown. While the fees are quite expensive for myself, the therapy has definitely been worth it and it has helped make life more bearable.

My wife has received 3 sessions with Dr Nick johl for her anxiety she has another booked for next Wednesday she finds him very professional in the therapy he is giving her it is to early to say when she will be better but there is a little improvement.Regards colin

I didn't expect therapy to be so…
I didn't expect therapy to be so accessible and for my therapist to be so relatable. It's unfortunate that sessions are a little bit on the pricey side for half an hour, but I can't fault my therapist and am excited to continue my journey to improved wellbeing with his help and support!
The app is super easy to use, and the customer engagement team are easy to get hold of and are also very quick to respond.

If your not sure about booking I can recomend doing it. Much more comfortable being able to meet over video chat. There is plenty of information on the app too. Really flexible and friendly.
