It’s great and easy to use, helped me to finally take a step towards improvement

My Online Therapy is very useful and exactly what I needed. No more waiting a long time before talking to someone professional and you can do it in the comfort of your own home.

I was actually a bit hesitant about this but it's worked very well. I'd like more ability to message more than one therapist at a time just to see who might be best to book an appointment with. I am now getting therapy that is not availlable to me on the NHS with an experienced psychologist and this is for only £49/session which is actually very cheap for someone so qualified.

Very satisfied with so far. Convenient, and easy to use. Can view availability of your counsellor freely, the customer service is very prompt. The counsellor I chose exceeds my expectations, is clearly highly experienced and is listening and acting on my aims and needs from the sessions.

An incredibly comfortable and accessible tool. This was my first time and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough!

The website is great but sometimes a bit tricky for booking appointments especially if you book a time and then need to change it for some reason. My psychologist is warm, friendly and very understanding. She doesn't judge me and feel at ease talking to her.

I've had two sessions so far, so it's quite early to determine any progress but it seems good so far so I would recommend. I also like the package option which gives you a bit of a discount :)

My Therapist is wonderful, and I feel in very safe hands, despite the difficult work we’re doing. My only criticism would be that I feel there’s very little support for emergencies.

Great availability of therapists, and a good app for secure conversations with them. Everything is transparent and professional, reducing some of the anxiety that comes with seeing a new therapist for the first time.
