Cannot recommend my nova clinic enough!
I contacted Imelda about getting my teeth fixed as I had a really bad experience with another clinic in Kusadasi. Imelda was great! And the team in my nova clinic are truly the best my experience there was amazing! Thank you so much for fixing my smile!

MyNova Kusadasi, im so lucky I came across them at the perfect time. What an incredibly professional service.. from the first enquiry I had answered over what's app in 2023, right the way through to pulling the trigger and deciding to start my treatment in November 2024 and then up till the very last day of treatment in July 2025. My treatment manager, Ms Vedhan, not only helped me get the ball rolling, she was also very precise with explaining the whole procedure. 🙏Once on the ground, Veddy was exceptional at keeping me updated throughout treatment days and also checking in on me during non-treatment days. She made me feel very well taken care of which was a massive reason I enjoyed the whole process. She also took care of Hotel Bookings, taxis to/from the clinic and follow up treatments. Staff and facilities are top class.
Everything was achievable and they listened to what I wanted. For the amount of work I had done, it was done in a fairly quick amount of time. There was pain or discomfort in the period between visits, which was solved with painkillers. But it is worth noting that it can happen. I think that was my only negative, I didn't expect there to be, but if I had known you would have pain in between I would have been less anxious and worried. Root canal sorted the pain on second visit, and now I have great functionality back in my teeth and a smile I'm happy with. My first recommendation is to look after your teeth better in the first place so you don't have to go through this, but then I'd recommend MyNova if you do. I'm just under a year since my first visit, and I'm absolutely delighted with my teeth now.

Hello. I used the services of MyNova a few days ago. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel a family and friendly atmosphere. The entire staff, from the lady who greets you at the door, to the team dedicated to improving your smile, to the lady bringing you coffee, are professionals who care about your well-being and safety. My experience started back in the winter of 2024 ..all my remaining teeth removed a sinus uplift an 6 on 6 implants in place . That was totally pain-free..and such a big deal given I am terrified of dentist so this wk I returned to have my implants fitted with teeth . I'm still terrified of dentist but the staff at my nova are out of this world .so welcoming patient and kind ..Ece my patient advisor had been with me through every step and always at the end of the phone did I need her for anything I highly recommend my NOVA

Myself and my husband have just completed the 1st part of our treatment plan with My Nova in Izmir including extractions, sinus lifts and implants. As nervous patients we can safely say that our experience was amazing from the pick up from airport, to the hotel, to the clinic and the work that was done we are completely happy. The clinic is modern, bright and clean and has up to date machinery. The dental staff are extremely good at their jobs and str very professional and put us at ease and ensured we had no pain throughout the procedures. Our wonderful co ordinator Irem translated everything step by step as to what was going to happen. Communication with her was perfect no matter how small the question was or what time we sent messages we had an instant reply to put us at ease. The front desk girls are extremely helpful and greet you with a smile. If you are considering Turkey for dental work, we would have no problem in recommending My Nova 100%.

Overall a very positive experience. A well run Dental Clinic with experienced, friendly staff. Pick up from and return to hotel, ensures a stress free journey to each appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend My Nova Clinic if considering dental work abroad. Imelda, my Liaison Person was particularly helpful throughout the visit and could be relied upon to provide honest and useful information for the duration of the visit. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of all the technicians, dentists, surgeons, nurses and reception staff who worked on my teeth, but I would like to pay particular thanks to the technician/dentist and his assistant who preformed most of my dental work, resulting in a smile to be proud of. I came to mynova in janurary,after years of researching,i found imelda who is a irish rep that couldnt do enough for me,no question was to much and put me at ease from our first conversation to meeting her i wouldnt have done this journey without you i will be for ever greatful the staff her are super friendly i felt like home from the time i came in,big shout out to my Dr Seda who was my dentist and is extremly good at what she does also put me at ease,ive had 12 implants and now my new smile is completed. From the day we arrive my husband and I have received a high standard of care.
I was here as chaperone for my husband who was having implants, as the one he had in the uk were not the best standard and cost a lot of money, and have never sat right even though he went back to the UK dentist to get them sorted many times.

We started our trip on Monday 12th of May after my husband spent over a year researching about “MyNova” dental clinic. For the last few months we have been dealing with the rep Imelda. Imelda has arranged everything for us, appointments, lifts, hotel, and been there every step of our journey. Imelda is very hard working and makes you feel like one of the family x

After seeing all the extremely delighted people having either finished their whole treatment or this part of it, I decided I also wanted in.
On the 14th i had a consultation and on 15th I had teeth removed and implants put in place. The lovely dentist Sezan has been the one who has looked after me, been very caring. She has done all my scans, X-rays and fitted my temporary teeth. She is a beautiful star x
Im not going to lie, once it started I thought I’d made a mistake. It wasn’t painful just uncomfortable. I didn’t tell anyone, I remembered back to why I was doing it and the end results, and was back on track.
On the 16th I was fitted with dentures by Sezan and I am very happy with them,
My husband and i will be back over in September to complete our journey and have an amazing smile… 😁

The clinic is extremely clean and modern, there are lots of different rooms where different things are performed.
Nothing is to much for the staff there, they are there to help you achieve that perfect smile x

These guys are amazing. From the airport pick up, with the frienldy drivers, to the quailty of the hotel.The organization of your guide/translator (Irem, thank you so much for eveything) is very atentive and they are here for all your needs, no matter what it is. The customer service in general was incredible. The high level of perfectionism from the dentists ( Dr julide and assistant edanur, thank you so much). All the staff in general are amazing, they really make you feel at ease. The qauilty of their work, along with the price is next to none. My teeth look incredible and I could not be happier. Contact them and ask for Irem, she will explain everything with perfect English and you will be on a plane before you know it.

Came in for check up which resulted in a bit of minor work which was done to high standard. Excellent dentist, super clinic. Very happy!

Great place and team. I visited kusadasi clinic and the team there are very professional. The clinic is spotless and I felt listened too and the communication was great. I return for my implants to get crowns later this year and I'm looking forward to it.

I was very nervous before going out to Turkey to get work done on my teeth. My Nova really put me at ease. I was recommended My Nova by a friend who only had really good things to say. My Nova took really good care of me from the time I stepped off the plane till the time I went home. The hotel was lovely and so were all the people at the clinic. They made me feel comfortable and took such good care of me. After every treatment I got a text to see how I was ,making sure I was ok. They were so friendly and welcoming. I really felt at home and feel like I've made really good friends while I was there .I was looked after so well. I was really impressed with the high tech clinic. All the equipment was brand new and top of the range. All the Doctors and Dentists were very professional and very good at their jobs. I'm so pleased with the treatment I got and my new teeth look fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back in 4 months once my implants have healed to see my friends again and get my final 2 crowns.
