I had a lady called Ece who was with me all the way in my journey and was fantastic and supported me all the way. I won’t lie I was apprehensive but my fears were unfounded and from day one I felt comfortable. I am delighted with the results and can finally smile without feeling uncomfortable.

My journey with my nova dental started off in may 2025, the first person I meet was my irish rep imelda who was amazing from start to finish never left my side and helped with everything. My nova dental made me feel very comfortable from the first day the staff are all so friendly and kind, my dentist mohammad has done exceptional work may I say all the dentists have that i had treatment with, I would highly recommend my nova dental now im on my way hkne with an amazing new smile I couldn't be happier with the results so thank you so much my nova dental.

I contacted MyNova from the UK and was put in touch with Vedhan who is the co-ordinator there. Vedhan is fantastic and answers any questions you have and replies straight away! She really is professional and very organised not one thing went wrong with my trip.
My journey started April 2024 when I first went out for treatment, teeth removal, bone graft and sinus lift. I returned September 2024 for my finals and was absolutely astonished with the results as they are amazing
I also returned September 2025 for a checkup and to look at one of my crowns and nothing is too much for them.
The Doctors there are amazing and go out of their way to make sure everthing is how you want it and you are happy

My experience with My Nova was fantastic. I was informed all the way from my dental care to things like airport transfers and what hotel I was staying in. Communication was excellent. Natalia was our point of contact and she was a professional in every way. I would highly recommend her. She takes an interest in you and makes you feel comfortable when you are feeling uneasy about having the procedures done. The whole team are very friendly too and you can have a laugh with them. My procedures were done with expert care and the aftercare was excellent too. If I had any questions I’m even when I was back in England I just messaged Natalia and my questions were answered. I have already recommended My Nova to a friend and his partner has been out for treatment and was very happy with the care too.

I had an excellent experience at My Nova. I absolutely adore my new smile. I was so nervous heading out but everyone made it as easy as possible. It’s a very tough journey but they are really helpful. My biggest asset was my coordinator Ece. She is amazing. She went above and beyond. She held my hand, answered my questions at all hours of the day and night, came in on her day off, and made sure everything was taken care of. She really was exceptional and I’d recommend her to anyone. A big shout out to my surgeon Merve who had a long 6 hours with me in the chair and she actually listened to me when I said I needed more anaesthetic! The amount of work she completed in a day is incomprehensible to me! And I had a little swelling in the following days (and I mean a little!) but NO bruising which is saying something after an open and a closed sinus lift, a bone graft, extractions and 6 implants!! My prosthesis specialist Aslihan, was just amazing. I saw her on my second visit. I had crowns and veneers. She sent some of my crowns back 3 times to the lab as she wasn’t happy with the gum contact. She also went and physically got a lab technician to come over to me to see how some of my bottom front veneers weren’t exactly the right shape after already sending them back twice. She is a perfectionist and so so good at her job. Aslihan also came in on her day off on Saturday as she wouldn’t finish one last bottom veneer because she felt is wasn’t right and sent it back again to the lab so she fitted the last one on her day off. She was so kind and understood how nervous I was. I didn’t want the usual “Turkey teeth” and wanted them to look as natural as possible. Everyone listened to me and as I have veneers all across the front, they follow my natural smile and teeth line and look like I got them whitened as opposed to new teeth. I’m not going to say it’s easy as it wasn’t but I promise, you’ll be in safe hands here. I highly recommend this clinic. Please ask for Ece as your coordinator, you won’t be sorry!

I contacted My Nova & another dental practice, explaining what I initially wanted and asked for advice on my teeth,
I was contacted by dental co-ordinator Irem from My Nova who was very professional gave me advice and made me relaxed about my enquiry and she left me with the information.
The other dental practice became an absolute nightmare texting me several time a day, offering me special offers if I booked them by a certain date in the end I had to block them.
I choose My Nova and Irem, I never had a problem from the beginning to the end, Irem was with me explaining every procedure, the Dental Doctors were amazing with pain free treatments, I had wisdom teeth removed, root canals an implant and more with a result which I am absolutely delighted with and my smile is back.
I cannot thank the My Nova team enough.

This was my first visit of 2,from stepping through the door, all the staff were welcoming and put you at ease. From the consultation, through the surgery and to the temporary denture fitting, everyone was professional polite and courteous. The pain level was minimal at worst. Well what can I say, The whole team at My Nova have made my husband and I feel very welcome.

We have both had implants. I had implants as well as crowns and a bridge.
The treatment has been second to none.

From the time I made contact with Imelda from the UK to today, the end of our treatment, every has been explained step my step. Never did we ever feel we didn’t know what was going on.

My husband and I are over the moon with our new teeth and can’t wait to start going out eating normal food again.

Meine behalung hat knapp über 7 Monate gedauert mit Zähne ziehen Knochen Aufbau 10 Iimplante setzen usw..
Die OP hat etwas lange gedauert aber nach 2 Tagen was alles wieder gut. Die Wartezeit ist etwas lang aber es geht definitiv nicht schneller ega wo man fragt. Meine neue Zähne hat Frau Doktor Seda Erdem anfertigen lassen und eingesetzt. Frau Erden ist sehr genau und gibt nicht auf bis mann 100% zufrieden ist. Sie ist sehr aufmerksam und einfühlsam. Der anfänglich angesetzte Preis gilt egal wie oft mann nachdessern lässt oder die Zahnkrone erneut angefertigt werden müsse bleibt als Festpreis. Kann mit ruhigen Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen.

Ich bin nicht zufrieden habe 2021 meine zähne machen lassen habe seidt dem jedes jahr 4 bis 5 zirkonyum zähne verloren besser gesagt rausgeffalen eigentlich hatte ich 5 jahre garanti auf zirkonyum aber die wollten von mir geld das ist nicht richtig ich hätte heute dort nicht behandeln lassen a
