From my first appointment everything was explained in detail, any questions I asked were answered fully, very hi tech and modern facilities. Staff real pleasant even had a few laughs during treatment and were fully professional. Everyone at home here in Ireland very impressed with my treatment. I got on great with all the staff which made things a whole lot easier and felt more comfortable. Great dental service, care and staff 👏 😀

My review of the dental clinic My Nova in Izmir, Turkey, is extremely positive. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt exceptional care. The entire staff, from the dentists to the auxiliary personnel, operated at the highest level. The dental equipment was modern and well-maintained, which instilled confidence in me.

I would like to especially highlight Irem, my guide and translator, who organized everything for me, including picking me up from the airport, providing a wonderful hotel, and arranging transportation from the hotel to the clinic. Her professionalism and attention to detail made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Even the cleaning lady, who brewed excellent coffee, contributed to the pleasant atmosphere in the clinic. I have always been afraid of dental visits, but after my experience at My Nova, my perspective has changed dramatically.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to all my friends, and I can't wait for my next visit! Thank you, My Nova!

I was a patient at Nova Dental for years believing they were the best and at the top of their game for Dental care. I couldn't have been more wrong. You will spend hours with a different student every semester if you need more than a few visits. They will all be nice and caring, but very inexperienced. They will mess up, you will understand and go back. Until they make screw ups you can't recover from. For me they screwed up a crown which had taken months of visits and a year of waiting for it to finally be finished. My brand new crown broke a week and half later. Months later, and after much complaining, they finally offer to make good on it and give you an implant since your natural tooth is too damaged to replace with another crown. You patiently accept, start all over again. And have to under go a bone graft. After which your mouth is completely numb and has that cotton-mouth feeling in addition to severe pain. You call, complain, and they tell you is normal. It will go away in a couple days. It does not. After weeks, then months, you are still in severe pain. Your student dentist from the faculty practice tells you not to complain or they won't fix your tooth. Several more painful notes later, they finally admit that they have damaged your trigeminal nerve. And bonus, because it can only be corrected within a few weeks of original surgery, your screwed again. You can't fix it now, you are stuck with one quarter of your face paralyzed for the rest of your life. And they won't do anything at all about it. On top of that, now have a life time of constant numbing mouth pain, a paralyzed mouth, and over $10,000 wasted for a broken useless crown and a hole in your mouth. And trust me, they don't care at all. All that money you thought you would be saving, you were tragically wrong. And no, you can't sue. There's not a lawyer in town who will go against them. The lawyers would rather sue the patient on their behalf. This place is truly the worst if you need anything more complicated than a small cavity filled. Do not go there if you can afford a real dentist. It is not worth the time, the money, and even more numerous problems you will end up with. Do not be fooled like I was, and others before me who I had not known about.

I started my dental Journey in November 24 in my nova clinic in kusadasi and just finished all my dental work on April 5th 2025. I research a dental practice for a while and my nova was 💯 percent the clinic, I contacted Imelda Murphy directly who was my coordinator and through social media and then we spoke directly with each other through whattsapp. It was a completely reassuring process with imelda the communication dental appointment transfers professionalism accommodation etc is 💯 the comfort explaining everything was Amazing, my lovely dentist was unbelievable at her work, The attention to detail is unbelievable, the assurance the patience, the professionalism is just brilliant 👏 I had no pain but you will have a little discomfort which is totally normal,

Had all on 6 top and bottom April 2025. Irem Co ordinator in the izmir clinic has been fantastic. Always answered my question (a lot of them) promptly and honestly. Paid a small deposit in November 2024 to hold price. Advice to anyone is get a 3d xray done before contact for a much more accurate price . My nova are not the cheapest but no way near the dearest but you get what you pay for . Good professional caring service. I will update this in September when I get my final teeth but so far can't say enough good things about my nova izmir and lrem.100%recommend

Excellent dental practice, top of the range equipment. Fantastic staff, great at explaining what next steps were.
One small gripe. Initial contact was via Facebook and our coordinator was based in Izmir, whereas we were being treated in Kusadasi. If intending travelling from Ireland please ensure that you request irish coordinator Imelda from the first point of contact. Although she was not our coordinator, Imelda was very helpful. Our coordinator in Izmir, Irem was extremely helpful and will continue to be our coordinator as we go forward to stage 2 of this process.

Well, where do I start,
I listened to friends saying don’t do it are you mad, I desperately wanted to have my teeth look nice, after years of grinding my teeth and horrid looking metal fillings and caps at the front which did not match in colour.
So, I asked friends knowing they knew friends that had gone ahead with the dental treatment, and I was given two different clinic names, which I enquired about I will not name the first one but I will say she was very pushy and when I said I was no longer interested she started to WhatsApp me numerous times a day then started offering me discounts.
I nearly give up then thinking the stories and bad reviews I had heard may be correct,
Then I plucked up courage after a glass of wine and contacted My Nova, I was in touch with Irem, what an absolute treasure, she answered all my questions and they where a lot of questions.
She even helped looking for flights, organising free transfers to and from the airport and taxis to each appointment, that’s it I was booked in and treatment started 24th March 2025.
I arrived for my appointment at this amazing modern super clean dental practice, Xray’s first, then a consultation telling me everything they were going to do and asked if I had any further questions then the treatment started there and then.I had several root canals and extractions, which must say where painless, honestly!!
And I am looking forward to my return for my final crowns.

I have consulted with quite a number of different clinics before choosing MyNova in Kusadasi; I have been to Hungary , Poland, and consulted with Top end clinics here in Ireland
I have a considerable level of knowledge on dental technology , which has guided me to my present point ! Let's be honest here, there are a lot of not so good clinics everywhere. So be very careful.
MyNova is, in my opinion, the best clinic for "All on 4" treatment .
My treatment has been 5Star all the way, and no click & bait tactics involved .Everything is up front, honest ,and no number of questions are too much. Every time I sought answers, my patient coordinator Vedhan was kind , understanding, and absolutely brilliant.
The cost of my treatment was approximately a third of the price in Ireland , with no compromise on care or treatment

I started my journey with My Nova July 2024,and finished March 2025. I got 12 implants, sinus lift and bone draft! This whole procedure was painless. I had dentures for years and they were never right, I can finally say I’m happy with my smile. I am so grateful to the team at My Nova clinic in Izmir, every single one of them were so gentle and considerate of me. The doctors/surgeons and nurses were outstanding. They did an amazing job! I recently had dental work done at Mynova, and so happy with the results,
From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere from the patient coordinator Imer and the professionalism of the staff, my dentist was Dt.Aslihan Keltek who took the time to explain all my options and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process.

I chose laminate veneers and they exceeded my expectations. They look natural, blend seamlessly with my teeth, and have noticeably improved my smile. The procedure was smooth and was well-informed throughout, with minimal discomfort.
They were committed to providing excellent care and took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences especially at the end, making the experience personalised and stress-free ❤️

I was honestly surprised with how well I was taken care of by My Nova during and between all my procedures. I had fillings, root canals, tooth removal, an infection removed and crowns.
