Speaking to an individual makes a positive service. Being able to ask questions and awareness of who maybe able to provide me with an answer if they are unable to help made such a good difference. Having my issues addressed was a great benefit to achieving the outcome I needed.

Excellent Service
The reason for contacting Money Matters was because I had several queries.
I had a response pretty much straight away from Nirin who picked up my chat. My queries were sorted straight away and my mind was put at rest. I never know when using the chat function if the responses are coming from a robot or not but Nirin was definitely a person and a lovely one too! Thank you Nirin.

Very helpful and resolved my problem
I had a query on how to adjust my workplace AVC. Katie was very helpful in advising me how to login and where to adjust the amount. When I further contacted her to confirm I was in the correct area, she offered to adjust the amount for me which she did. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I originally phoned for some general information and spoke to Nirin, he was really knowledgeable and super helpful. He guided me through information and support available, without it being too long winded or overly complicated. He even arranged a 1 to 1 with someone who can help me further. Loved his knowledge and easy helpful style without loads of phaf !
