I recently purchased a battery for my father’s oxygen generator but the wrong battery arrived. I contacted Nick, a sales representative, who took care of the problem by not only sending me a prepaid return label but used UPS overnight to ship my correct battery. A simple mistake but handled perfectly!
I will be a return customer for sure, outstanding customer service.

Ordered a cup holder and a cane holder. Got 2 cup holders. Didn’t even bother to try and contact them for correction after reading these reviews. Buy elsewhere !

If I could give this company a zero, I would. And I wish I would have read the reviews before I trusted them. I initially placed an order for some Westmed Comfort Soft nasal cannulas because of their flexibility. Instead I received Salter Labs cannulas which are very hard and stiff.
I contacted the company via email and have as yet to hear from them.
When I called and explained my situation, I was told I could return them....at my expense and I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee.
Do not order from here unless you want to throw away your money!

I wish I had read the reviews first! I ordered an overpriced power cord March 30th for an April 10th delivery. I needed it to run an oxygeon pump. No updates, delivery date passed and over the next 3 weeks I received three different reponses from cust svc. Finally, they tell me it was on back order. So, they take your order, take your money upfront, never ship and then take over a week to return your money. It is a cashflow game/scam with your money! Never again!

I’ve purchased 2 DeVilbiss oxygen concentrators and both had to repaired after a very short period of use. One was new and needed repair after 18 hrs of use and the other was refurbished and needed repair after 20 hrs of use. Don’t buy the garbage they sell.

Purchased both a stationary oxygen concentrator and a portable oxygen concentrator from these folks. Less than 25 hours on the portable concentrator and it would not work on battery power. Received approval to send back for repairs. Returned item in August of 2022. Made one phone....person was not even slightly concerned. I got the excuse there is a shortage of parts nationwide. Sent several e-mails, half of which were never answered. We're coming up on one year and I have heard nothing about my concentrator. Per the manufacturers website, there is a portal to follow up on repairs. I went thru the portal and was told my item was never received by the manufacturer??? I'm out $2,000. Sad when a company that supplies medical equipment to keep people alive could care less about their customers.

Ordered $100 of CPAP products to qualify for free shipping and the product never arrived. They shipped via USPS and take no responsibility for it. I contacted them twice via email and once via phone and they just refuse to take any responsibility at all. Would not replace product. Wouldn't even give me a discount on replacement product. I'm out the $100 and have nothing to show for it.

Customer service ? Poor as can be. What service? They refuse refunds and ship poorly and take no responsibility for anything. Buyer beware. This is the worst online company we’ve ever experienced. They get two things down and we know they could care less!

Customer service is excellent. Bought a refurbished oxygen concentrator vs new to save money. Product is excellent, looks almost new, and works perfectly. Shipping was fast and product was packed well to prevent damage. Highly recommend My Medical Outlet.

this online disaster of a medical supply outlet should just go out of business. They do not know how to handle customers and are very poor in speaking over the phone. Do not even think about ordering from them as its a headache. no way shape or form would my family and I recommend this dump of a business!!

Very poor customer service over phone and by email. Long drawn out process to complete a refund for product they sent which was poorly is packaged and delivered damaged which they blamed ups and took no responsibility.
Very unreasonable management difficult to work with and they do not want to give a full refund on a product was never used. Very unsatisfactory experience. not one rep has apologized for their incompetency. Will ask others to stay away and never patronize this business.

I have used My Medical Outlet two times for my CPAP supplies. Their prices are always less than any competitor and items are shipped next day with about 3 day delivery time.

When I contacted My Medical Outlet I was feeling very frustrated with another company. Nick calmly relieved that frustration by answering my questions and making suggestions. I ended up placing an order that exactly meets my needs. Within 11 minutes after confirmation of my order, I received an e-mail that my purchase had been shipped. I ordered 2nd day air. I am looking forward to receiving my battery when I arrive at my home. Nick is a very polite, professional and helpful sales associate!

I was not familiar with this company and a little bit about scared to place an order but that is why I use a credit card for protection. I placed two orders. Both arrived sooner than expected. I needed some assistance with one of the orders after the delivery. I do not think there is a company in America with better customer service than this company. I would not hesitate to use them again. BTW Their prices are pretty fantastic, too.

Spent the time making sure I understood all my options. I purchased a product that was being priced gouged by many other retailers. Not my medical outlet.

My son is unable to sleep without his CPAP. He left on vacation and unfortunately his machine was damaged upon his arrival. I spoke to Archie at My Medical Outlet and he was able to replace my son's machine at a much more reasonable cost than I found at other places and he had it shipped overnight to my son's hotel. It arrived the following morning as promised. Archie provided me with superior service!

So happy i was able to speak with jeanette who assisted me in placing my orders. She was pleasant funny definitely patient and kind

Ordered Philips Respironics EverFlo Concentrator , one of the wheel was broken in transit, contacted with customer service and they solved the problem immediately!

I purchased 4 "gently used" medical E size O2 tanks.

"Gently used" is rather the overstatement. I have scuba tanks banged around in boats for years that are in better shape.

In addition they state "5 year Hydrostatic test". SO you kinda of expect fresh hydro. No....

Its "within" that 5 year hydro. In reality, you might have 1 year, you might have 4 years left.

Overall, I think it was very disingenuous and could have purchased tanks with fresh hydros and better condition for 25-30$ more.
