I was a previously happy customer until I needed to contact customer service for an issue with an item sent. The first one told me the manager, Jeannette, would call me back when she was back from vacation. That call never came. After my second call to speak with Jeannette, said manager had an attitude off the bat, called me “snotty” when I called her out on it, and said that she would have a good day because I was no longer on her line and then hung up on me. I’ve canceled all of my subscriptions from this wretched company.

I found a sale on CPAP equipment and bought a machine for my daughter from MyMedicalOutlet. After I gave my credit card info and hit Purchase, I received a message that the sale was invalid because I did not have a prescription. The credit card co. didn't cancel the order. MyMedicalOutlet finally sent the product after I complained to both companies. I had written a dispute letter when the machine arrived. I hope there is never a problem with the machine. I don't want to deal with the company again.

I bought sieves for my Inogen one and after about a week the machine sent me error message that the sieves were bad. I contacted them and haven’t heard from him and I contacted him two more times and still haven’t heard from him so apparently they don’t back their products $120 down the drain. It looks like.!

Very rude customer service. I had to call due to them never responding on chat. When I spoke with the guy. I explained that the mask did not fit the machine. He said did you open it? How else am I going to know if it fits? Yes! You cant return it. It hasn't even been in the house for 20 minutes. They can see when it was delivered. Its not like we had time to use it then return it. I won't be back and I would strongly advise it. He was rude and not sympathetic. He needs a different job.

This is the absolute worst company I've ever seen in my life if you expect any customer service you are in for it Janet the supervisor terribly rude I recommend u stay clear of this company they have no repair urgency been 3 weeks since I paid 267 dollars to ship back there machine keep getting runaround haven't even sent to get repaired STOP before getting bent over by these folks

I ordered a replacement Portable O2 generator column pair and a couple of other smaller things. I received the order confirmation, but a few days later I received no notice about it having shipped. It took three calls to find out they were back ordered, because I was transferred to a voicemail box, left messages and never received a call back. It took two more calls to cancel the order, and I was hung up on when asking why I have not received the Cancel confirmation. I called my credit card company next. I will never order from them again.

I purchased an adapter for my SoClean machine which is suppose to connect to all Deamstation machine models. I have a Dreamstation 2 model and it did not work. I called three times to speak to someone I was transferred to ext 1004 no one picks up and the line goes dead. Extremely poor customer service.

Ordered in-stock cpap battery charging cable with expedited shipping. Order did not ship and online order status was now not available. We were charged anyway even though it did not ship and had no backorder date. We called to cancel but Customer Service "Colleen" was not available so we left a message to cancel and followed up with email. Despite cancellation, order shipped a month late and we were still charged for expedited shipping.

They charge over $200 more for a standard AC power charger. If you buy that, your being ripped off. An AC Power charger is an AC Power charger. There is nothing special for your Oxy Gen power charger required.

Needed a mask as I forgot it on my trip. They had exactly what I needed

Was reading up on time line for issue of medical cards and said it takes 15 days for this process. We i applied for a medical card 4mts ago and still nothing, Gave them everything, all my personal details, work history, been employed for 48yrs and paid all my tax/ins etc in this time but still nothing, i am awaiting spinal surgery and sent all the necessary paperwork for this to HSE but 17 weeks has passed and still nothing.

This company is the worst cpap store to order from. *** ordered twice from them and both times I received horrid customer service in the form of misinformation from the staff in the form of unfulfilled requests and flat out lies of what they say they will do. Ive given them 2 chances I will not do it anymore they are blacklisted on my list if cpap stores to order from. I strongly urge anyone reading this review to save yourself the trouble and move along to the next cpap supply store, consider yourself warned. (Below is the information of the associate who lied to me and never got back to me after I emailed the company about it. I was ignored! UNACCEPTABLE! Your business couldnt exist without customer dollars and this is how you treat the hand that feeds you!? Theres plenty of other companies selling the same product. Never again with you!I sent an email asking them to change my cpap mask from large to medium. I sent the email the morning before it shipped. I sent another one in the afternoon as no reply. I get an email at 5 before close their time saying it was done and chatted with someone before that explaining my concerns of the size and it needs to be changed. The rep below said it was done Ive save the emails for this reason. He said - We spoke yesterday in the chat. I got in contact with the shipping department yesterday and was able to notify them of the size change to a medium. Your mask also shipped yesterday and you should see an update to the tracking today. If you have any questions, you can email me at this email.Guess what arrived? And do you think they emailed me back after this? No no they didnt they have all or a sudden lost the ability to communicate. My inquiry and purchase from this company was a great experience.

We were in need of a new cough assist machine as my son's was failing (provided by a national DME company, via insurance, who did not have another device on hand to quickly replace it.) We made the decision to assume the cost of a replacement because this type of device has been beneficial in staving off pneumonia. We could not wait for insurance to be involved.

I spoke with Jeanette - she was very helpful with machine information and getting a new one procured. I found her to be quite knowledgeable and very supportive in this situation.

Jeanette, the customer representative was outstanding! She provided me with all the information about the CPAP machine and answered all of my questions. I received my CPAP machine expeditiously as promised. I strongly recommend My Medical Outlet for all of your CPAP needs.

Jeanette was not pushy. She answered the many questions I had about O2 concentrators. My order arrived ahead of time and was exactly how she described the device.
