TRUFFA !!! HO ORDINATO IL 18/07/23 E NON HO MAI RICEVUTA LA MERCE. HO SCRITTO DIVERSE MAIL ALLE QUALI NON HANNO NEMMENO RISPOSTO.

Purchased some lamps from this company for $160. At first they communicated well and sent a shipping notice within 2 weeks. Except for 6 weeks the package showed as label created only and never was handed over to the carrier or progressed. They stopped answering me. Disputed and now for my credit card company to provide a refund. Do NOT buy from here.

I ordered the Manita mushroom lamp set as birthday present to my sister, at the end of June this year.
July 19th, almost 3 weeks upon ordering, I receive a FedEx tracking number, and happily thought it would arrive in a timely manner for her birthday mid-August.

I check up on the tracking number in early August, and see it is still (also today!) only with the status "Label created".
Payment is already drawn from my bank, which I think is actually against the law, as far as I know in my home country Denmark, as they should only reserve the amount and THEN draw upon arrival (I do not have a degree in laws, but this must be common sense...).

I have written to them without any response and demanded to cancel the order and get a refund if it did not arrive - no response yet so far...

However, I hope this review will speed up the process.
Once/if I get the product and my sister has tried it out, I will revise this review.

I ordered and payed for a Sister-lamp in June 2023. I received no lamp. After emailing them questioning when the lamp would arrive, I received an email with a sending-code. After that nothing happened. They don't answer on email, telephone-numbers are not available

Ordered six weeks ago, hasn't been delivered and company hasn't responded to multiple messages over the past two weeks. Where is my lamp?

Simply they took my money and after more than a month the item hasn’t been shipped yet (despite the ETD was 5-7 days). None is answering my emails or calls.

Scam! The same as mykahove and other their brands!!!! Be careful

If I could put zero rating I would. Scumbags took my money as well as many others. Read all reviews. Clearly desperate for money so I hope it serves you well. Obviously you enjoy exploiting people!!!

Placed an order on 6/2723. Received an email on 7/14/23 that my order was ready to ship. It’s 8/22/23 and I still have not received my order. Tried emailing them two weeks ago and no response. Tried using the online contact form in their website three days ago and no response even though they say they respond in one business day. Just tried contacting them on their. Instagram and then discovered this site. Horrible. They were advertising everywhere on social media.

I placed an order back in mid july - claiming it would take 5-7 days to arrive... 5 weeks later it still hasn't. they've flat out ignored my calls, voice messages, emails and Instagram messages. Just don't bother with these guys.

Ich habe niemals die Ware erhalten, obwohl Vorkasse geleistet plus Zoll über FedEx.

Cuidado, estafa, hice un pedido que nunca llegó. Lo he reclamado varias veces y tampoco contestan. Me enviaron un mensaje con el tracking pero el paquete está siempre en el mismo sitio. Y por lo que veo ahora de otros comentarios, le ha pasado lo mismo a mucha gente.

This is a scam had to give one star because it won’t let me give it zero. I ordered in June, emailed in July and then a FedEx label was created but sat there now it’s August! I wish I had read these reviews:( starting to lose my faith in humanity these people suck!
