Ordered mid-June. Initial enquiries were met with the promise of dispatch dates and a tracking link. The link tells me 'We're expecting it'. Recent emails bounce back to me as undeliverable (whether I've been blocked or they've packed up their pop-up and done a runner, it seems I'll never know. Other comments here suggest previous successful purchases...or are these comments as fake as Lumenx? Company information says UK based which surprised me, I'd have thought there would be better policing of companies like this.

I ordered a mushroom lamp in mid June and now it's end of August: no delivery but a pending fedex link. I tried to get in touch with them, got two replies with no detail about how much longer the wait will be. Lately I tried to contact them multiple times but got no reply at all. I know that it's not a scam because I got another lamp from them, but there is a very serious organization problem...

Je suis dégoûtée. Je ne me fais pourtant pas facilement avoir mais là, j'attends ma commande depuis un mois et 3 semaines.

This is a scam, don't order.
I ordered a lamp which never arrived and since I tried chasing them through email, phone, instagram etc they even blocked me from being able to post things on their instagram page. Don't buy from them, it's a total scam.

I ordered a lamp in June 2023, now more than 2 months have passed, at first they wrote that they were delayed, then they simply blocked my address and the messages stopped reaching. be damned.

They are a scam. I never received the products I ordered. Tried to communicate through email and instagram. They never answered my emails and blocked me from being able to write anything on instagram. I have now sending disputes to my Visa so hoping to get my money back from these scammers.

Scam I ordered a set of lamps in early July. I was given a tracking number and nothing happened for weeks. I went to them and they promised it was on its way which was a lie. I asked for my money back and no answer they have gone to ground. Shame on you do not buy from this company

This is my second purchase from Lumenx. My first experience was better. I ordered my first lamp on April 21st 2023. I’m in the U.S. so a longer delivery time is understandable. At first I received the same email saying it was shipped but the tracking number remained in limbo for some time. The company sent me an additional unprompted email later regarding the long wait, with an explanation of the item being backordered at the time. The same email was reassuring me it was on it’s way on May 20th, and it was delivered in perfect condition on May 30th. Although it was a long wait at least it eventually arrived.

I ordered my second lamp on July 1st and my “label created” tracking number email was sent on July 19th. As of now, August 27th, the tracking hasn’t changed from “label created” on FedEx’s site. There’s been no apology email explanation sent this round either.

It seems as though the company offers more products online than they actually have on hand. I’m assuming they’re extremely behind based on not managing their website with accurate inventory numbers.

I wish they’d just given me a “temporarily out of stock” prompt when trying to purchase. It’s the more honest route. It’s a cute enough lamp. I’d rather wait for a “back in stock” email over this frustrating limbo where I feel like I might be getting scammed.

Due to having an okay experience the first time I still remain hopeful, but that hope dwindles daily.

UPDATE: As of July 2024, I never received my second purchase. I regret not calling my bank to dispute the charge now. If you’ve recently purchased anything from this company, please don’t make the same mistake.

Ordinato 2 lampade il 2 Luglio. Ho chiesto informazioni e infine il rimborso, ma adesso l’ultima mail non viene neppure recapitata…

Like others on this page, I placed an order on July 2nd that still hasn't been delivered. Despite receiving a delivery number, it seems to only be a label that was created. I attempted to reach out to FedEx, but their website explicitly states that they can't address issues related to a company not delivering products to them. I've sent numerous follow-up emails, but haven't received any replies. This situation feels like a total scam. Lumpen X is clearly running a scam, and it's truly disappointing.

This company are scaming the public, I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered a sister lamp on 4th July 2023 and like everyone else have not received my item. I have sent countless of emails asking when to expect delivery and have had no response. The only email I have received from this company was a week or so after placing the order, I received an email asking me how I liked my new lamp, which obviously I had not received.
I like to support independent businesses and was really looking forward to receiving the lamp. I would have like to have given no stars, but it doesn't give that option. Do not buy from this company

Like the others in this page, I ordered on July the 7th and never arrived. As well, Id received a delivery number but is just the created label. I was trying to contact FedEx but on their page they let clear they can’t answer questions about companies issues like no giving the product to them. 1 week ago I’ve sent all the emails and information to my credit card company so hopefully I can have my money back.
UPDATE AUGUST 31st:
I’d received my money back from my credit card company without any issues. So, anyone who has been scammed, don’t hesitate to ask for the money by providing emails and support about this fraud company.

BETRUG, Ware im Voraus bezahlt, Ware nie erhalten. Auf Fragen per Mail oder Messenger keine Rückmeldungen.

SCAM. I am pretty sure the 5 star reviews are written by the Scammer. They are a scam - don't order from them. I had the same experience as everybody else. They send an email with shipping with only a label sent. No product ever gets shipped.
On the phone right now with credit card company to report the scam.

Lampjes besteld op 21-7. Nooit iets ontvangen en nooit een reactie op mijn vele e-mails gekregen. Ongelofelijk teleurstellend en een schande dat dit gewoon mag bestaan.
