PAYMENT TAKEN ON THE 24TH JULY, DELIVERY 2 - 3 BUSINESS DAYS - NOW THE 21ST AUGUST STILL NO LAMP RECEIVED. NOT ANSWERING OUR EMAILS OR CALLS 😡😡😡😡😡

These people are scammers. They have changed the name of their company, and the most recent email I just sent to them has been returned, as 'undeliverable'. They claimed to be based in the UK, but as others have found out, are in fact based in China - any company that tells those kinds of lies is not one that can be trusted. I should have known, as they claimed to be selling 'artisan' lamps, yet also claimed to have offices all over the world, and could 'ship' anywhere. That's not 'artisan', that's mass produced (even if real). They appear to be ignoring my bank, too - I have not had a refund. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE, OR ANY COMPANY SELLING SIMILAR PRODUCTS - they have changed their name and moved on.

Payed the lamp and never received. It’s a fraud

1 star is generous. It seems this company advertised some lamps on sale on Instagram and myself as well as many of people on here have been scammed. They have taken our money, are uncontactable and have not delivered any lamps. I ordered at the end of June 2023 and still havent received anything

Ordered an artisan sister lamp Lily at the 30th of June 2023. The website stated orders would be shipped between 5 - 10 business days for international customers.

The 12th of July I e-mailed them that I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I got a reply in which they ensured me that my order would be shipped between the 24th and 26th of July. And got a FedEx tracking code soon after.

The 2nd of August I emailed them again that the tracking code still stated: Label created and I wanted another update. They didn't reply to this e-mail.

A week after we tried contacting them via Instagram, they didn't respond to our questions either.

I've e-mailed them last week with the request to cancel my order and demanding a refund. To which I got a reply that my e-mail couldn't be delivered.

I've reported the fraud to my credit card company.

Basically a drop-ship scam, do not order here.

Same as everyone else. Ordered 1 July 2023, order acknowledged and saud would be delivered in 5 days. Nothing since. TOTAL SCAM.

This is truly a scam company. I orded a lamp at the beginning of July and it said it would ship 5-7 business days and it's already approaching the end of August and no lamp. I have tried to reach out numerous times and nobody has responded back to me. It's impossible to get a hold of them. Please do not order from them. I wish I would have read the reviews on here before ordering and the 5 star reviews are fake too.

I am writing this review as I do not want anybody to make the same mistake as I did, all be it an innocent one. I ordered 2 x Artisan Sister Lamps from this website as a surprise for my 3 sisters. Initially everything seemed fine. They said 3 - 5 days delivery and I am still waiting for them now - 20th Aug 23 - 6 weeks later! In the beginning, this company were available via phone and email then after a short time, they seemed to vanish off the face of the earth. I have tried to contact them via phone and email and I have received nothing back from them what so ever. Unfortunately I did not read tbe reviews on this company before purchasing my lamps. I contacted my bank today to explain tbe situation and they have refunded my money thank goodness. These people on this website are nothing but a bunch of gangsters!! I implore you, please do not buy from them!!

No delivery, though I ordered in July, and my most recent email bounced. Several weeks ago they produced one of two “shipping” numbers but it tracks to nothing. Yesterday an agent called by chance and when i told him how my experience has been he extricated himself from the call and said he “hoped” it worked out. Just deplorable service, if there is a company.

Sadly same experience as everyone else. Wish I had seen the reviews before I ordered. Paid for item, no delivery and no responses to my emails. It is clearly a scam.

I ordered a lamp, they told me they sent the order, i waited a month for the order to come. When it didn't come I dm'd them on instagram saying I haven't received the order. They sent me a track your parcel link which turned out to be fake. When I then told them and asked for a refund they blocked me on instagram.
This is a scam, don't buy from here.

I have ordered a beautiful lamp in july and still not receive it. They answered me once, but no answers for the last 5 mails I’ve sent. I think it’s a scam, and 78€ lost 😡
