I had a cleaning and filling with Dr Serafeim. He was wonderful and kind. He kept me at ease and informed me other all my options (including ones where i could save money) to ensure I got the treatment that was right for me. The filling was not painful and my teeth feel much cleaner. He gave me a clear dental plan to ensure i could keep my teeth fresh for longer. His assistant Marwa was also very helpful and kind.

I originally took out membership in 2019. The dentists and doctors were average, but at least you could see them easily and quickly. Then the receptionists all suddenly got an attitude over the telephone and in person, as if you were bothering them and they have a right to be snappy and rude: I remember one conversation along the lines of “please can I make an appointment on Monday? The afternoon is preferred but any time is fine”. Their reply “we are booked on Monday! We are not here for your convenience, you must take the appointments we offer! You can come Thursday evening or Wednesday mornings”!

Okayyyyyy….

After a few months of dreadful receptionist services and bungling admin, I cancelled the membership.

Fast forward to June 2024. I was given a leaflet at the train station which had a great joining offer (3 months free). I expected that the customer service would have improved in 5 years and with the current NHS waiting times, I emailed an enquiry about rejoining… and surprise surprise no response.

Around 6 weeks later I followed up and requested a reply. I finally received a response stating “your query was accidentally passed to our refund team”!

Bungling admins as ever with zero customer service…

I enquired about a specific condition for my child to see if it’s covered. What followed is two weeks back and forth of paradoxical contradictory and opposing - but never clear - answers. The only points made clear are the costs of the tiers of different packages.

Who knows if the doctors and dentists here are any good, as it’s pretty hard to find out while the same reception and admin staff are blocking you at every hurdle.

Might as well stick with the NHS!

(If it wasn’t for the excessive waiting times, I would prefer the NHS over this)!

My child’s common condition can be managed privately at the renowned Priory for under £2000 including diagnosis, treatment plan, follow up, referrals etc etc so that’s where I’ll book instead. Most importantly, the enquiry response and booking process was concise and comprehensive, with care and competence.

I can see from other negative reviews that the healthcareclinic just gaslight everyone, reverting blame and refusing to acknowledge any mistakes which as far as I can see, lie solely with the receptionists.

Awful customer service and conduct. Paid for a consultation and was supposed to receive a refund and further instructions, waitedbmonths to no answer. After cancelling my subscription, refused to refund as promised and had the audacity to attempt to charge me a further £200 for early termination. Stay well clear

Had an Invisalign journey with Dr.Serafeim. Almost a year we was working hard with him to create my beautiful smile . Finally very happy with result. Even after all the difficulties I put on dr.Serafeim he was always patient with me and we achieved what I expected. Thank you very much . Best doctor

Clare Bourne is just so good as a pelvic floor physio- I have been treated seriously, kindly and empathetically. I knew I was in good hands after detailed history taking and careful examination. I’ve now seen Clare 3 times and been discharged knowing I am in much much better shape and with a plan to keep working toward ongoing improvement and maintenance. No looking back! Very grateful for the recommendation from the gynae registrar at Queen Charlotte’s- she was right, this woman is gold!

I am writing to share my deeply disappointing experience with MyHealthcare Clinic, in hopes of warning others about their alarming lack of responsibility and transparency.

After a consultation to discuss the finer points of treatment, it became apparent that this clinic shirks all responsibility. In the treatment contract, you will not see any strict conditions to protect the patient from inheritance or medical error. If the doctor harms you or injures you, he will be out of business and neither will the clinic. You will receive treatment at your own expense and you will not even have anything to go to court with.They explicitly stated in their email that they would not be altering their contracts, leaving patients unprotected against potential medical errors or complications. They even suggested that I seek assistance from another provider if I was not satisfied with their terms, which was incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.

Here are some critical issues I faced:

1. Lack of Accountability: The clinic’s doctors are self-employed, and the clinic refused to include the doctor’s name and insurance policy in the contract (even to show doctor’s insurance). This means that in the event of a medical error leading to injury or death, nor the clinic neither a doctor at that clinic would not take any responsibility.
2. Insurance and Support Issues: They claimed that the doctors’ insurance should cover all errors but refused to include this in the contract. Furthermore, they would not support or assist in case of complications post-operation.
3. Misleading Information: They falsely claimed that teeth implants would have a lifetime insurance for an additional cost, only to later deny any knowledge of such coverage and refuse to provide documentation from the implant manufacturer.
4. Violation of Legal Standards: According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be provided with reasonable care and skill, and contract terms should be fair and transparent. Additionally, the General Dental Council (GDC) mandates that dental professionals must have appropriate indemnity cover. Dental Clinic is clearly not complying with these requirements.

When I requested these simple yet crucial amendments to the contract, they suggested that I look for another clinic. This level of disregard for patient safety and legal obligations is unacceptable.

If you are considering treatment at MyHealthcare Clinic, be aware that if anything goes wrong, you will be left to handle it on your own. For your safety and peace of mind, seek a provider that respects legal standards and prioritizes patient protection. I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the relevant authorities due to their clear breach of consumer protection laws.

Think twice before choosing MyHealthcare Clinic for your dental needs.

Dr Serafeim and Assistant Isabelle were amazing. Serafeim did my filling in about 20 minutes, did not feel any pain WITH NO ANAESTHETIC. It was truly the best dental experience I have had.

Visiting from Australia, due to severe cold I needed to see a doctor. “My Healthcare Clinic” Belham was close by and I called in there to make an appointment. The clinic is spotless and the reception staff friendly and helpful. An appointment was made, details given and the doctor I saw was brilliant. She was thorough in her questioning of my medical history and symptoms. She did a thorough medical examination. I was very impressed with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic. Thank you for your excellent service from start to finish

The staff are very polite. If your appointment doesn’t happen at the time that you expected, the reception staff would check for you and let you know what’s going on and how long it’s going to take. They always keep you in the loop regardless of how busy they are which makes them a priceless dental clinic. 😊

I had my blood drawn on 31/05 at Marylebone clinic and my arm is still severely bruised and in a lot of pain. Not sure if everyone is qualified to draw blood but I’ve never had a painful arm for so long after a blood test. Very disappointed and hope my nerve has not been damaged.

This place is A SCAM. They prey on people’s misfortune to make themselves rich, shamelessly. Was told to come in on a Thursday anytime for an ultrasound. No need to make an apt. When I turned up I was told they had nothing before 6pm anytime in the next two weeks! I decided to take an apt the following Monday at 6pm. I had originally been told the cost would be £100, but once registered and booked in was then told the doctor has decided it’s going to cost £195 as it is ONE INCH lower than they had thought!! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS, AVOID AT ALL COST! Have since heard other awful stories about their service and morals.

Dr Seraphim and his assistant Raman gave me a quick painless tooth clean with lots of good advice thrown in for free. The receptionists at this branch of MyHealthcare always have a big, smile, too and are very helpful. Shout-out to Sid!

I'd like to compliment Dr Serafeim on his professionalism and skill. My teeth look amazing and I feel completely rejuvenated, thank you so much.

Where do I begin. Received an email saying £1000 off Invisalign and some other discounts. Went for a consultation which I thought was great. I was Informed I only need bottom Invisalign which will save money. Got shown the price less £1000.. it was £2328. So I paid. Later, I had a separate dentist at my normal dentist office and she informed me I should never only do half Invisalign. It changes the structure of mouth. When I called my healthcare back, they confirmed in afterthought, I should have both top and bottom done. But it's £1000 more! So in the meantime I went to another consultation with my own dentist to find out that my dentist would charge 3328, without the £1000 discount. So actually.. my healthcare inflated the price and made it look like I got a discount, when they were actually charging me the full price!! Fast forward.. asking for a refund. I was told my refund for £2328 was processed on 19th April. Still today 14 May, I have not received my money. I have called 6 times and emailed 4 times and have had no returned calls or emails. Finally today I got a call back, after calling 2x today.. bhavin who works in back office confirmed refund was processed but failed and no one followed it up... even though I called 6 times!!!! Bhavin, and someone named Lily, are the first people I have spoken to in the last week who seem to have some human understanding.. however I will Never be recommending this place every again. It's a complete scam and rip off. There are cheaper options available than Invisalign. At the time of writing this review 14 May...I still have not received my money. I am however hoping that Bhavin is a man of his word and will process the refund along with compensation and interest for the incredibly awful experience I have had and confirm back to me by tomorrow.

As at June 4 2024, I am still fighting to get all of my money back. They gave me a refund as they have commented below however they have withheld £291 for an appt I never had!! Still waiting for a response from the director of the Wandsworth location for an explanation! This has been an absolute nightmare :(

Update 20 June. After threatening to go to the Ombudsman about my complaint which they did not record or respond to within 8 weeks, and also to inform them I would be reporting them to the GDC and Invisalign, I finally received the remainder of my money back. However my complaint has still not been resolved in accordance with the regulators guidance. I also asked for a DSAR and can confirm they seemed to have withhold all the calls where the dentist out rightly informed me they made a mistake about what they sold me.

Needless to say, I would not recommend this place.
