Excellent Invisalign, extraction and inlay procedures
I recently completed my Invisalign treatment at the Swiss Cottage clinic and have been extremely happy with the professionalism, expertise and welcoming attitude of Dr Serafeim and nurse Farinaz.
Both of them made my experience very easy and straightforward, offering precise and useful information at every stage of the procedure.
I felt that I was in very good hands and the friendly atmosphere made visits to the dentist enjoyable.
Additionally I had an extract and replacement inlay procedure with Dr Rovina Patel
She also provided the same high level professional and friendly service.
So I will 100% use them again for any future procedures, knowing I’m in very good hands.

Very disappointed after being a long…
Very disappointed after being a long standing customer, they find the time to call two - three times a day to make a booking but since they made a mistake that needs to be fixed no where to be seen, such a shame the business acts so unprofessional when the dentist herself was brilliant.

Management - amazing customer service!
10/10. I would like to write this review based on the interaction I had with the manager at the clinic in Fulham, I believe her name is Rebekah. She was so helpful and friendly and was able to answer all my questions with ease. I am looking for a new dentist, as someone who is very nervous about going to the dentist, the clinic had such a calming energy and Rebekah’s reassuring presence made me feel so welcome. Although she told me she was new, she was still very knowledgeable with the enquiries I had for her and had great customer service skills. I am definitely considering going for a membership plan after my visit.

If you need anything urgently avoid this place.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to think twice before booking, especially if your healthcare depends on receiving results within a specific timeframe.
We chose this clinic because we needed blood test results urgently before travelling abroad for a time-sensitive medical procedure. Before paying for the appointment, we made it very clear that the turnaround time was crucial and specifically asked whether the results would be available within 24 hours. Based on the conversations we had at the clinic, we left feeling reassured that the service would meet our needs. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.
When the results didn’t arrive, trying to get an update became an incredibly frustrating process. Communication was poor, nobody seemed willing to take ownership of the situation, and there was very little empathy shown despite us explaining that this delay could affect important medical plans overseas.
What disappointed me most was the way the complaint was handled. Rather than acknowledging the impact this had or recognising how the situation could have been communicated better, the clinic simply referred back to the wording on their website and their “estimated turnaround times”. It felt as though what was discussed in person counted for nothing. From a customer’s perspective, it comes across as saying one thing in the clinic and then relying on policies and small print when a complaint is raised.
I fully appreciate that laboratories can experience delays and that external providers are involved. However, if a 24-hour turnaround cannot be guaranteed, that should be made crystal clear before payment is taken, particularly when a patient has explained that timing is the deciding factor in choosing your clinic. That allows people to make an informed decision rather than finding out afterwards that the clinic cannot stand behind what they believed they had been told.
For a private healthcare provider charging premium prices, I expected a completely different level of service. Private healthcare should be about more than just the medical appointment—it should include excellent communication, compassion and accountability. Sadly, those qualities were completely lacking in our experience.
The response to our complaint was equally disappointing. There was no genuine acknowledgement of the stress this caused, no real apology for the impact on our plans, and no attempt to rebuild confidence. Instead, the focus seemed to be on defending the clinic’s position rather than understanding the patient’s experience. While they may believe they complied with their published processes, that doesn’t change how poorly the situation was handled from a customer service perspective.
At the end of the day, healthcare is built on trust. If patients cannot rely on the advice they’re given in person and are simply referred back to policies whenever something goes wrong, it undermines confidence in the entire service.
Based on our experience, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone who requires time-sensitive testing or expects the level of care and customer service you would reasonably anticipate from a private medical provider. There are plenty of other clinics that understand the importance of clear communication, empathy and putting patients first.

I had a painful hand
I had a painful hand and had tried the Emergency Department at St George’s hospital - and my GP - to no avail. I was offered an appointment on the same day. I saw Dr Kailash Mylvahan who was very good in listening to my concerns and offering solutions.

Amazing service and work
I came in today nervous about my hygiene appointment and was helped by the amazing Dr. Serafeim and his helpful assistant Moin. I felt so welcomed and comfortable throughout. I would give a zero if I could.
I booked 2 blood test privately (for a total of 140£). I waited a week and I only received one of the test results. After 3 phone calls I was told that due to some “error”, the second test was not performed. I cannot reduce the test as they had to be done at a specific time. I’ve ask for a refund but they told me it will take up to 21 days.

I recently completed my Invisalign treatment and had my composite bonding and fixed wire removed by Dr. Serafeim. Throughout the process, he was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain each stage of treatment clearly.
