Made a mistake but didn't take responsibility
I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt compelled as I am utterly appalled by actions of the Balham clinic. I had my blood test taken last week, and I only received the results six days later. My potassium came back above 6 mmol, which is considered as life-threatening, and I was advised to go to A&E the very same day to repeat the test, which I did. The second blood test came out normal, which means results I was given by this clinic were false. Instead of investigating on their end what went wrong (possible sample mishandling, possible prolonged storage caused this, etc.), they asked me for a “proof” as if me not being hospitalised or given medicines isn’t proof enough. They don’t exactly hand out printouts in the emergency department, do they… They also don’t input data to the system as it doesn't appear in my NHS app.
Moreover, my glucose level came out as 1.94 mmol, which was also dangerously low, but HbA1c was perfectly fine, so were the other results (like full blood count, etc.). It’s important to highlight that I do not suffer from any illnesses related to low glucose (I test it once a year to be sure), but again – rather than checking on their end whether no mistakes were made (delay in processing my blood sample, wrong storage conditions, etc.), I didn’t even receive any sensible comment.
I asked for a refund for potassium and glucose since results were false (it was part of a bigger package, the whole test cost £96), but I was met with zero compassion or understanding (their shallow ‘I’m sorry’ doesn’t count). They didn’t want to take any responsibility or at least investigate to ensure that the correct process was followed. How much is the single potassium test? Like £25? I ended up in A&E, scared for my life, because of the false result they’ve given me – the least they could do was to give me money back. They value profit over patients, that’s crystal clear. What a disgusting, disgusting place that doesn’t have their priorities in order. It doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Will never step my foot in this place again, that’s for sure, so they lost a regular patient.

Frustrated as no further after Randox Everywoman review booked with…
Randox Everywoman review booked with MHC GP.
Talked me through the results which I already understood as a fellow HCP. Offered no advice on medication, supplementation or lifestyle intervention.
Advised to re-run some of the tests with my GP, however I have come to Randox because it’s impossible to get any service from my GP.
It’s only fellow Drs that still believe there is an NHS health service the rest of us know it is broken.

This included discussing which results were within normal ranges, identifying areas requiring repeat testing, and advising on the appropriate next steps. As several markers needed further investigation, the GP recommended follow-up tests and a face-to-face review to ensure a safe and thorough assessment.

My experience at the MyHealthcare…
My experience at the MyHealthcare Clinic Finchley branch was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were unhelpful, and the service felt outdated—like something from 30 years ago. They took my money without providing any proper service. The clinic promised to refund me, but despite visiting many times and following up, they still haven’t returned my money. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Cursory examination, expensive recommendation
Dr Marie (who saw me in Sept 2025) gave my mouth only cursory examination before giving a diagnosis that would have needed more care in the examination to support it. Her expensive recommendations likewise would have needed more careful examination to support/justify them. Accordingly I can unfortunately have no confidence in this dentist.

Amazing!
I travelled all the way from France to have my check up and clean with Dr Petousis today. I’m an incredibly nervous patient and just avoid going to the dentist. My daughter recommended Serafeim and WOW she was right. He was really understanding and explained everything. I was so pleased that I had my check up and clean today. The experience was really positive. Something I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist. Thank you so much. I’ll be back again in 6 months time!

I was unwell with strong stomach pain and an throat infection, the doctor said explicitly she wasn’t going to give me anything for the infection and for the infection she gave me a inhalator which I explained to her doesn’t have a good effect on me, and for the stomach ache, after paying for a membership she would go further, total waste of money and time

We’re sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied following your consultation at MyHealthcare Clinic.
During your appointment, a full history was taken and a clinical examination carried out. It was determined that antibiotics were not clinically indicated at the time, and appropriate symptom management was offered. We understand you may have expected a different treatment, but the care provided was based on clinical judgement.
Your longstanding abdominal pain, which has been previously investigated elsewhere, was also addressed during the consultation. An examination was performed, no urgent concerns were identified, and advice was given regarding warning signs and next steps. We offered to follow up further if relevant records were shared and provided a private referral letter, which you chose to decline in favour of NHS care.
To clarify, at no point was further care made conditional on becoming a member. Your concerns were reviewed, and a management plan was discussed.
