I booked a health screening assessment for 9am on 6/09/23 and was seen exactly on time. Elzbieta, the nurse who carried out the assessment, was absolutely charming as well as being very efficient. The assessment, from my arrival to my leaving the clinic, was an entirely positive experience. I would certainly recommend MyHealthCare to anyone who asked me about health screening and the relative merits of the various providers.

I had a super clean and stain removal hygiene clean with Dr Serafeim and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Every step of the process was thoroughly explained. Service was excellent and all my stains removed. 10/10 experience!!

I went for a hygienist appointment - 'Ultraclean' - at the Fulham Branch with Dr. Serafeim. I couldn't recommend him highly enough - he was very kind and gentle and led me through the process, explaining each step and made sure I wasn't in any pain. My teeth are so clean now, all plaque was removed and I can really feel the difference! I will definitely be back!

I can't believe how great my recent dental cleaning experience was with Serafeim Petousis. He was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain the process. . The cleaning itself wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be and I’m someone who have dental anxiety. My teeth feel so much cleaner and smoother now. Dr Serafeim Petousis friendly demeanor and attention to detail really made me feel at ease. I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment, knowing that I'm in such capable hands. Highly satisfied with the tartar removal and overall care!

This is a great company, all the staff do their upmost to help, a lovely lady sorted out an urgent prescription and Thabo made sure the chemist received it while under time pressure, it was first class service / efficiency 10/10!

I was recommended to this clinic by a friend of mine who’s has being with them for a long time.
I went to see Dr. Theo for a quotation for an implant. He explained in detail the options without rushing and best suggestions for a best long term result. He is calm and gentle considering I get anxiety when have to do a dental visit, also his assistance is friendly and calm.
I was sent a plan treatment by Silindile and went through in details for options for best outcome payment. She is friendly and very helpful for any advise. I am glad I found them and 100% recommend the clinic. First time ever feeling relax and leaving relax I’ll be look after by them.

I have been with Myhealthcareclinic for a while, and they have looked after me from day one. The service I receive from the staff is fantastic, and they always remember who I am when I walk through the door.Dr. Serafim is an excellent dentist. He took the time to explain every procedure he was doing. For example, when I got my teeth whitened, Dr.Serafim was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the process. He is a professional and has a naturally lovely personality. I would recommend Dr.Serafim to everyone. He is the best dentist I have ever had.

My hygienist Anjali is extremely the best ever her work is of high standards

I recently completed Invisalign treatment with Serafeim and I could not be happier with the results! The whole process has been amazing- the very regular check ups meant that I felt reassured and well looked after, and the results speak for themselves. Serafeim explained every tiny process to me throughout, always making sure that I was happy with every step, and was always available over email if I had any questions. If I had a problem, he would ensure I could come in for an appointment ASAP- could not recommend him more! The reception are always so friendly too!

The staff at the reception were very cheerful and kind. Then the doctor I saw was very professional and explained everything to me very well and the advice he gave was very helpful too. Then the nurse who took my sample, also explained everything she was to do to me. I’m glad I went to the clinic and will definitely be coming to the clinic for my annual screening inshaallah.

My request for full dental implants was assessed by Dr Del Monte, after taking a head X-ray and examining my remaining teeth, was able to advise a plan for my treatment. The plan was fully costed, and I was given every opportunity to ask questions.

While I am only in the early stages of the work, I can say that my treatment todate has always been considerate and I am given every opportunity to seek clarification. My extractions were entirely painless and in addition to any briefings in the surgery, I am provided with printed copy about how to manage my condition. Full telephone support has been offered.

I believe Dr Patel is an excellent dermatologist and physician. Patient and a good listener. Highly competent in his assessment and a genuine interest in following up the results of his proposed treatment of my skin condition. I have felt greatly reassured of his diagnosis and treatment together with the amount of time devoted to my first appointment which lasted much longer than the appointed time

Great Dental Hygienist session - It always makes me painfully aware of how hard it is to clean the back of my teeth properly and thoroughly. While the kind lady said I was in a good state and could now come just twice a year, I opted for quarterly visits to keep up the good work. It feels so great having had the mouth clean. I want to keep it that way! Thank you!

I had corrective dental surgery to a crown following damaged caused by chiropractic treatment in a rack and frame. The specialist rectified the damage and all is well

Dr Rosanne is fantastic, she is advising on course of action and is very efficient. I would like to recommend the clinic and Dr Whitfield.
